Established in 2008, Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Engineering and Management, Raigad is an affiliate college. Located on a 10.04-acre campus with a total enrolment of 243 students and a faculty strength of 49, this AICTE-approved college offers a plethora of programs in engineering.

YTCEM has a number of state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities facilitating its academic programs and enriching student life. Its fully Wi-Fi-enabled campus, with a large number of smart classrooms, well-equipped laboratories for practical learning, a library with rich stocks of books for reading and research, and most up-to-date IT infrastructure to keep abreast with the ever-altering times in technology, satisfies the much-needed expectations of today's learners. It includes, among others, sports facilities and a students' gym for their physical health. The institution would also address hostelling by having separate in-campus hostels for both boys and girls to ensure a comfortable stay for the students coming from the farthest parts of the state. A cafeteria would look after the dietary needs of the students, while there would be an auditorium for helping out as the venue for events and seminars. Health care is one of the most prioritized facilities as it has a full-time medical facility with a regular doctor. Transport facilities are also provided for commuting students and staff.

All the programs are provided both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and in total, there are 11 courses. YTCEM, at the undergraduate level provides BE courses in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The postgraduate courses include ME in Computer Engineering, Product Design and Development, Signal Processing, and Water Resource Engineering. All these courses are of full-time nature and shall aim to induct deep knowledge and professional skills in its postulants. 

The admission process at YTCEM is highly performance-based, meaning entrance to the examinations. Admission into undergraduate courses at YTCEM is provided on the basis of scores obtained in the MHT-CET or a JEE Main. To get into postgraduate courses, one must achieve a valid GATE score, which is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology. These are quite fair and competitive sets of tests for students seeking admission. The Training & Placement cell of the college organizes various training programs, inviting many an eminent speaker from different fields to prepare students for their future careers.
