    It deals with the study of fundamentals of hotel management and catering technology and provides relevant knowledge and skills to efficiently carry out administrative operations of hotels and support the service departments. Hotel Management includes topics such as methods of cooking, hospitality law, food and beverage industry, lodging and facilities management, and event management.
