How to Make Corrections in the NTA SWAYAM Application Form 2025?

Those who filled the SWAYAM application form and paid the registration fee are eligible to make corrections in the application form. Check the steps to make corrections for the NTA SWAYAM July semester exam 2025.

• Visit the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/swayam
• Click on the NTA SWAYAM July semester exam link
• On the login page, enter the required details, which are the application number or email ID and password, along with the security pin (as shown on screen)
• A new page will be displayed on the screen with registration, application form and fee payment status as complete
• Click on the application tab on the screen
• Details that can be corrected will appear with the clickable option
• Correct the details (if any)
• Save and submit the changes in the application form of the SWAYAM exam 2025

What can be corrected/edited through the NTA SWAYAM Correction Window 2025?

According to the latest NTA SWAYAM notice, the application correction window is open. Check below the list of details that can be corrected. Candidates must keep in mind that they are not allowed to change the email address and mobile number.

• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Category
• Sub-category / PwBD
• University & College Details
• Exam city preferences (all four options are editable)

Only one-time correction will be allowed to the candidates. Once the corrections are done and submitted, the NTA SWAYAM application form shall be frozen. In case a candidate is found providing incorrect information or the identity is proved to be false at any time in the future, the candidate shall face penal action as per the law.

What if I forgot my password or application number for the NTA SWAYAM exam 2025?

NTA provides an option to get the password and application number in case any candidate forgets their details. Applicants who forgot their details can visit the SWAYAM official website and click on the NTA SWAYAM July semester exam link. On the login page, candidates can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Application Number’ tab and get the details by submitting the required information.
