Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya was established in 2011, to promote Hindi medium in all the academic faculties. The Vishwavidyalaya was established with the objectives to create the generation which is balanced personality and self-reliant. Till now the Vishwavidyalaya has developed 231 academic programmes in Hindi for 18 faculties. Candidates of the VIshwavidyalaya, have to study the Hindi language along with one foreign language and one regional language. This is a state university that offers courses in undergraduate and postgraduate in arts, commerce, science, computer application, management. pharmacy, law and education.
