Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal was established in 2011, to promote Hindi medium in all the academic faculties. The ABVHV Bhopal was established with the objectives to create a generation which is balanced personality and self-reliant. Candidates of the ABVHV Bhopal, have to study the Hindi language along with one foreign language and one regional language. ABVHV Bhopal is a state university that offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Commerce, Science, Computer Application, Management, Pharmacy, Law and Education. 

Courses at ABVHV Bhopal include BA, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, BFA and B.Com at undergraduate level. While, MA, M.Sc, M.Com and others are offered by ABVHV Bhopal at postgraduate level. ABVHV Bhopal diploma courses include Diploma in Computer Applications(DCA) and Post Graduate Diploma(PGD). Admission to ABVHV Bhopal programmes are merit based.
