If you cleared Sem 1 but got KT (backlogs) in Sem 2 and 3 and later dropped out, you can still rejoin from Sem 4, but only after clearing your pending KT subjects first.
Here’s how it usually works:
You must apply for re-admission or continuation at your college/university.
Once your Sem 2 and 3 backlogs are cleared, you can move to Sem 4.
Approval depends on your college rules and university regulations (some universities allow continuation with ATKT, some don’t).
So yes, you can join Sem 4, but only after clearing your KT papers or getting permission from your college’s academic office.
