IGNOU's infrastructure shines through its digital learning platforms, enabling students to access course materials, lectures, and assignments online. The incorporation of technology enhances the learning experience for remote students. The university's study centers across the country provide local support, study materials, and a physical space for student interaction.
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), based in New Delhi, has established itself as a pioneering institution in distance education. The university's academic offerings encompass a diverse range of disciplines and levels, catering to a wide spectrum of learners. IGNOU's strength lies in its flexible learning approach, allowing students to pursue education while balancing other commitments.
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), headquartered in New Delhi, primarily focuses on distance education and upskilling. However, its approach to placements differs from traditional brick-and-mortar institutions. IGNOU does not offer a centralized placement cell due to its distance learning nature and the diverse profiles of its students, who often have existing job commitments.
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), located in New Delhi, offers commendable value for money through its flexible and affordable education programs. The university's fee structure is relatively economical compared to many traditional institutions, making higher education accessible to a diverse group of learners, including those with financial constraints.
IGNOU's campus life is characterized by its inclusivity, catering to a wide range of learners, including working professionals, homemakers, and those in remote areas. The lack of a centralized physical campus doesn't hinder student engagement, as study centers offer local support, workshops, and seminars. However, the absence of a conventional campus environment could lead to a less immersive college experience for some individuals.
Yes ignou have all infrastructure like lab, library, bank, clean classroom etc. It also provide so many facility to those student who are distance student. In ignou there are so many teacher who are very supportive. Living space are clean and food are hygienic.
I study bcom because i am interested in this subject And the quality of education is great because most educated teacher teaches us and his/ her teaching style is interesting. They all are very supportive they solve our query as soon as possible.
Yes my college is provided placements. About 80% student are placed. About 22-50 lakh is average salary. Highest salary package offered from my course is 50 lakh and the lowest salary package offer from my course is about 22 lakh
Course cost under 50 thousands
My college campuses is best because it provides so many facility to all student who are not able to join college regular basis ignou provide online education to all those student and it also provide hard copy of book and book are transfer to all those student home address.
My collage is best because I get many opportunity from there because I apply so many internship and i think any one who read my review from my opinion it is best option for study
The institute have all the required infrastructure which caters the need of students. Resources provided by IGNOU are more than sufficient for students to get holistic idea of their course. Space is clean and well maintained.
The study material provided is quite good and the coverage range from basic to advance. Curriculum is updated and covers latest syllabus pattern. Curriculum provides better overview of topics and have interrelation with other subjects.
Since the university provides correspondence courses to student and no regular classes are held. Placement drives doesn't happen at study centre level. It happens in form of Rojgar Mela at IGNOU headquartes in Delhi. So the scope of placement is not that great.
My regional centre is located in Lucknow and its infrastructure is so attractive and clean. It has all the necessary facilities available. It is fully air conditioned and well equipped. The centre also contains good furniture.
As it was a distance learning. I was studying with my job and the classes used to be conducted during the weekends and the teachers were very helping and supportive. They always help their students by clearing their doubts.
The placement was not too good. In fact it's just to complete the degree in an effective range. The fees range is economic. If you are doing any job and want to continue your studies then you can go for it.
The course costed around 5000 per year and I feel that I got my money worth.
My campus Life was too good. It is quite safe and all the staff, teachers and students all are so supportive. We got all the notifications regarding exams, assessment and assignments with the help of these staff.
The overall journey in IGNOU was good.
The infrastructure of the college is quite good. There are a number of classes that are nicely established and properly cleaned. The campus is beautiful, and there are medical facilities available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. IGNOU also has sports complexes where we can trainThe library has books and other study materials. We have an online library. It provides videos lectures, etc.
It is a good college for students who want to get a degree in distance learning. Placements: As an open university, it focuses on learning but not placements. It provides a platform to get a degree at a low cost and distance learning
Our college has a tie-up with the Indian Air Force and other government organisations. Our college offers internships and placements. Placements are easy to get.As it was a correspondence course, it focused rather more on Practical Development of the students. Some support for placements would be appreciated but the overall engagement of student towards the course is good. There is no such top role offered from this course
In our college teachers teach us properly and our college provide all study material before classes and give all information about exams, practical etc .per year cost of my course 7-8k
The campus is beautiful, and there are medical facilities available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are a number of classes that are nicely established and properly cleaned.
College have all the necessary requirements and the staff is also very supportive.there are laboratories for experiments. Wifi facilities are available in the college campus. The campus of the college is clean and hygienic

My curriculum is absolutely updated including all the recent developments in my field.yes ma in economics will definitely help me to get the job easily...
The quality of the placement is good. But I haven't get any placement because my course is not completed . But hopefully I will get it in 2-3 months good.the average salary offered in IGNOU is 3 lac per annum
The cost of my course per year was 9000 rs only.
The campus life is very good. I enjoyed a lot. The location of my college was near Delhi saket.
It's a very broad University having its branches more than 10 countries. And very equipped with necessary infrastructure and awarded A++ by NAC. With fully furnished lab and classrooms with A+ hygiene environment.
I did vocational integrated course(bca+mca). And i got job by off campus placement drive. Syllabus is highly updated and advance if one complete the course and read the study material seriously could crack any placement interview and exams.
I studied from Indira Gandhi National open University. There is no any campus placement but you are sincere enough and aware enough of IT exams syllabus and interview preparation tips and you studied material by heart then u can crackdown any interview.
it is an open college so i canr write the details about the college infrastructure . but the dekhi universities college infrastrucute are always good in all the way.there is no classes and lab in open school
i have to support my family thats why i choose open school . currenlt i am working in a full time job in MNC's . the education quality is good here and the syllbus is upto date in open school. the fees is very low for the degree
the placement is not possible in open schooling as i am just having my degree . i dont think student with open school will get any job in the market , only if they have some skils then only they can job out the campus
looking for a open school with low fees i think this college is best for you because the fees is decent here and quality of education is good. i think it is worthy to pay here for an degree. i pay 3500rs for a one year fees
here we dont have any campus life, it is an open school we go only yo give the exam , there are no other activity done here . we have to learnourselves so there is no role of the teachers and staff here
good college if you are looking for an open school with low fees .it is has recognised from the UG board. basically it is a public open universites . student can have both student and wok life together in this college
College infrastructure is very very nice as compared to other universities and the best place ever to have a good time with books and the friends it's campus is pretty nice and classes are built beautifully
The university has very nice and top students who are from good families and the academics is very nice. The staff here or the teachers teach very nicely and makes us understand a pretty little thing which makes the students confident
Placements are not that much good I don't know why but I would like to ask the administration to improve this placements system because at the end of the day the students search for a good stable job for a stable and we'll life
Though the college i study at is offering odl ( online distance learning). I don't know much about the social amenities and services offered to the native or resident students but they provide soft copy of the materials which is really helpful
I have to be honest about this they provides study material for free but you cannot be sure that the study material is actually going to help you gain good marks as the study material is mainly not enough.
They provided lot of internship and other opportunities as Indira Gandhi National open University is a well known University and its certificate is also valid outside India so one of my colleagues also studied from the same University and she has the highest package in the company and currently working at.
The only reason I be able to continue my masters is because the fee structure of Indira Gandhi National open University is really helpful for under privilege students you can easily manage your fees by doing part time gigs.
As a said before I am studying through open distance learning mode so I am not quite sure about the campus life but the study centres are really helpful from assignment submission to getting information about the next course of action they really helpful.
