My Collage infrastructure was good but need modernization at that time. They have laboratories with all kind of equipment needed in my course. There was a attractive zoological museum. Hygiene and cleanliness was average
My course was Bsc from zoology. The quality of teaching was very good there. Teachers was supportive. The curriculum was updated includes newly syllabus. My studies from there surely makes me knowledgeable and helps me in future for teaching.
Placement opportunities was not much as students prefer higher studies after the bsc . It was quite limited . Direct campus placement was not common at that time. My friend go higher studies after it . For other courses there was better placement.
The fees was affordable at that time for me. It was worthy for me as I am able to apply my knowledge gain from the college and course. We have access of high facilities with low fees
My campus life was good as there was many competitions, activities, events, fests etc. There was too many things to boost our skills such as sports , photography, drama , music etc. It's location was safe as students can handle the emergencies. Teachers and staff was supportive. Some modernization there was needed as classrooms was not proper .
Overall my experience was good there. Many upr and downs there gave me path in my life.
College campus is really awesome it has some of the most greatest amenities provided in the campus and they provide all type of basic facilities such as canteen auditoriums well developed labs and they have all the important equipments needed for the growth of student
Talking about academics this is one of the most reputed college to start your career and teachers are really great in teaching as all the syllabus and curriculum is updated on recent research and developments makes student to learn so many new innovative things
Talking about placement so last year almost 75% student got placed from our college campus very easily and they have been selected in different companies with an average packet starting from 5.5 lakh rupees going highest up to 30 lakh per year
The infrastructure is fairly fine. The campus is beautiful but the facilities can do with a little work on them. The starting years of my college, I noticed clogged and dirty washrooms, broken desks with nails coning out of a few. They have started working on a few amenities like pad vending machines, new desks, cleaner, better functioning washrooms.
I studied psychology as a major and english literature as a minor subject. The teachers put in effort but the some methods are outdated and is difficult to understand. Reading off of PPTs or old notes is still common. The assignment and projects help understanding of the subject better. There is no practical exposure though.
For 3 years, I didn't even know we had a placement cell. The only way I found out was when they asked me to be featured on the college website for placement cell. I hve not seen it work yet. The students mostly have to get internships by themselves or through a gew kind professors. And even if we get internships, it is seen as dissociated from our studies. So we basically have to chose between theory classes in college or practical exposure through internships.
The fees is to be paid annually. And is minimal. I think the college could put more effort considering how much students represent it on a huge stage. But I don't think there's anything to complain about. Everyone disses their own college. :)
The college campus is good. One can hangout with friends in canteen or garden. We can play games like volleyball, cricket, kho kho, kabaddi. There's many societies for extra curricular activities. The college is not in the safest of locations. But there is a police station and metro station nearby. The various staff of college feels like they are no there to support students. But instead restrict them. If a student was in problem, they would most likely ask help from other students than the teachers or other staff.
Our college infrastructure is good well maintained the the benefit of being in our college is its in the capital state of our country and we have lots of facilities provided in our college we have computer labs libraries and grounds.
Our college follows du curriculum and the faculty members some of them are very supportive sum of them are not that my serious about the student is they are just doing their job and over all the faculty is decent.
Around 20 to 30% of the student is get placed from the college only and they get the top student to get about 10 to 12 and and the lowest packages 3 LPA most of the student return to set in the placement because they they are going to pursue higher education going for government jobs
Yes have a college has all the necessary infrastructure facility and equipments the facilities are included classroom level pre computer level free library supporting centres and hostels and Wi-Fi connection and smart board as well no they are not well maintain but little bit p maintaining the food is good but I am not sure about the hygienic part and the space was clean because it is one of the due due waste recycling use number one college
I am studying the language call Bengali I know why I am studying in it because I want to be MBA in Bengali I didn't see the degree of teacher because they don't show me yes I think they are more developed than me because I am not that developed I don't think because I am not planning in doing any kind of job under anyone
Jism ki hai join replacement of my college I don't know about anything but I do my best to know and then review I don't know about it is my first time to be in this so what are the salary I attend then after then I will review once again and tell you what kind of salary the prefer to give us last time it should be 1 lakh per month I don't know about this time
It is not kind of rhyme buying anything so I can ask for the fast and work in about come Le lijiye kya jyada likh lijiye like this it college course fees it should be fix so it's higher than other DU colleges I am not sure about this one as well because I was not sure about myself I am getting this course or understanding what is the what are they teaching I am not sure
Cold clear very greenly but Delhi government is not cleaning the air pollution if they clean the air pollution it should be more safer to take the deep breath they are not a activity is going around us if you willing to see you can do multiple thing if you not if you not coming to college you can't do anything if you see as well now the college are very supporting in not doing anything location and not in the astrology so I don't know about the vastu Shastra and should be safe because our college on main road I am not sure about the emergency situation because I have a college in front of another popular college and right side is another popular college and left side was another popular college so if there's emergency there is a lot of crowd so I don't know about how much they can handle the emergency situation is this lot of crowd
Why I am doing this because I don't know I am just randomly doing it I am wasting my 20 minutes in reviewing something I don't want to review whatever this going on I recommend everyone because I was in it so everyone have should be go through this as well agar Khai Mein gir Rahe Hain to kuen Mein sab Ko girenge
Not as per the expectations as it supposed to be The college infrastructure is extremely poor and disappointing. Basic facilities like classrooms, washrooms, and seating arrangements are inadequately maintained and often unhygienic. Laboratories and libraries lack essential equipment, updated resources, and proper space for students. There is little attention given to cleanliness, safety, or regular maintenance, which negatively impacts the overall learning environment. The campus does not support academic or extracurricular growth and reflects a clear lack of planning and investment by the management.
Very lenient and highly unprofessional when comes to faculty The academic quality of the college is below average and does not meet expected standards. Teaching methods are outdated, with limited focus on practical learning or conceptual clarity. Many faculty members appear disengaged, and doubt-clearing or academic support for students is minimal. The curriculum is completed mechanically, with little encouragement for critical thinking, skill development, or real-world application. Overall, the academic environment lacks seriousness and fails to prepare students effectively for higher studies or professional careers.
Only few colleges have good placements at that for only few students The placement scenario of the college is very poor and disappointing. There are limited placement opportunities, with only a few companies visiting the campus, and most of them offer low-paying roles with minimal growth prospects. The placement cell lacks proper planning, guidance, and industry connections, leaving students largely dependent on their own efforts. Training, internships, and career support are inadequate, making it difficult for students to secure meaningful employment after graduation.
Not worth for everyone didn't worked well in my case , rest this is highly subjective
This i would say nice in terms of socialising and exposure which one lacks in their own city
Great infrastructure, facilities and equipments. Clean and spacious classrooms, amazing library, good hostels with wifi facilities. Well maintained spaces with good food options and vibrant environment.
I studied computer science because I was interested in programming. Quality of teaching is very good. Curriculum is updated and all the basics are covered for the advanced learning in the recent developments.
Placement committee is chosen by students and guidance from teachers offers good opportunities for all the students. Placement process was easy with the support of college staff and students supporting each other.
The total cost of the course was about Twenty thousand per year. It was worth the money as the college provided a very safe and pleasant environment to study with great professors and really good facilities.
Campus life was amazing. The place provided very safe and pleasant environment with variety of ccultures as students from so many different places came together to host and enjoy so many different activities from different cultures.
Infrastructure, facilities, and similar aspects are progressively being replaced or enhanced within the North Campus of DU. As it is a central university operated by the government, it would be prudent not to anticipate that it would be equivalent or nearly equivalent to private universities.
I am currently enrolled in a BA (Hons) Italian program, and I find the professors in this course to be quite proficient in their field. I had not anticipated a central university would excel to this degree with language programs. The academic focus is commendable.
As a first-year student, my knowledge of this field is still developing. However, based on the information I've gathered, it appears that they offer favorable placement opportunities, and there seems to be relatively less competition in my particular course, as a significant number of graduates pursue master's degrees.
I believe that for a central university, particularly for a language course, this offers excellent value. The tuition fee is approximately 9,000, which makes it a very affordable option for a three-year degree program. Additionally, the faculty members are highly proficient, ensuring a high standard of education, so I do agree that it is worthwhile.
Campus life is experienced uniquely by each individual, as one chooses their own social circle. Generally, since the course is offered by the Department of Germanic and Romance Studies within the Faculty of Arts, and not as a distinct college such as Hindu College or Miranda House, there are no societies, which may lead to a perceived lack of soft skill development opportunities.
Modern college infrastructure features smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, digital libraries, sports complexes, hostels, cafeterias, and green campuses that support learning and innovation.
Strong academics with experienced faculty, updated curriculum, regular assessments, research exposure, skill-based learning, and opportunities for internships, projects, and competitive exam preparation.
College placements offer strong exposure with reputed recruiters, diverse roles, internships, and skill-based hiring, helping students start careers with competitive packages and industry-ready experience.
