The University has the largest residential facilities with a capacity of 1000 students. The university provides a magnificent and comprehensive range of facilities within the university campus, separately for boys and girls. We understand that most of our students are moving away from home for the first time, so we strive to make the transition as smooth as possible by providing a comfortable, safe, and homely set-up within the campus. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space with ample air and light. University has a separate girl's hostel on campus with 56 rooms for 168 girl students. It also has a boys hostel with a capacity of 88 rooms which can adjust 264 students. The girls and boys hostel is spread over an area of 3095 & 3549 sq meters, with well-furnished rooms, a hygienic mess, a dining hall, and standard room facilities. The hostels are specially designed with three primary objectives of peace, safety, and comfort.
The University has a well-stocked Central Library which has 47542 volumes with 12923 titles of textbooks, reference books, technical journals, periodicals, and competition books on various subjects for the students and faculty. The library is fully automated and computerized. The library is linked with national and international networks through the internet and LAN. All the departments also maintain their departmental libraries, which are linked to Central Library. The central library is the soul of the academics at Mandsaur University. It is designed to meet the information needs of the users with an aim of providing “Anytime, Anywhere Access” to information. The Central Library supports the university in building excellence in academics and research through an established knowledge hub. Along with conventional books used in science, engineering, and technology, the Central Library has a reading section for general reading and a reference section for referring to different types of referral material like books, journals and periodicals, CD’S, and current affairs magazines. There is a subscription to 107 print journals, 30 magazines, and 276 E-journals through Science Direct (Elsevier) & 1500 E-journals through Delnet.

The university campus is provided with a relaxing and comfortable canteen. The canteen not only provides the students of the campus with mouthwatering dishes but is also one of the most happening places on the campus with all the students gathering there to discuss their new experiences on the campus. Healthy and hygienic meals are made in the college canteen by a professionally managed catering company. This is a place to rejuvenate tired spirits through lip-smacking delicacies. The cafeteria provides much-needed appetizer breaks in a cozy atmosphere. The cafeteria services are available round the clock at highly reasonable prices and smiles. Mandsaur University has the facility of a spacious and clean canteen that caters to the taste of all students.
The university laboratory scripts and apparatus are at a level appropriate for each year of study. In the first and second years, the instructions are detailed but in the third year, students are expected to take more initiative by deciding for themselves exactly how to organize their experiments. Demonstrators are available in all the laboratories but by the time they enter the third year students are expected to begin to work more independently. This is intended to smooth the transition to later project work. All students carry out a project, usually in their final year. This is intended to draw together many of the skills acquired during the course, including practical skills such as laboratory work and computing Organisational skills, and time management Group working Data collection and analysis Presentation of results in a talk, and a full written report.
The university has a 24X7 Wi-Fi facility on the college campus for the students and the faculty members to an avail internet connection at any place in the college, hostel & faculty houses. The connectivity through a fully networked campus with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, computing & communication resources, offers students the facilities of e-mail, net surfing, up/downloading of web-based applications, besides helping them in preparing projects & seminars. The expansion of wireless networks on campus mirrors the explosive growth of wireless in the consumer and corporate sectors over the past few years,” Experience has shown that wireless switching is the only Wi-Fi technology capable of scaling to the enterprise campus.

The university's separate Xerox machine for the students & faculty is available in the Library. Institute also encourages the students of SC/ST Category & other backward classes by maintaining an additional ‘Book Bank’ for them. The library on the other hand has seminars and group discussions for personality development and an internet facility for the dynamic development of students. The central library is managed by a group of experienced and qualified librarians and assistants.
The University has tied up with the SMRITI NAGRIK SAHAKARI BANK MANDSAUR to provide the extended facility of banking services to staff and students and also to the outside customers. Thus, an extension counter has been opened on the campus. To facilitate the after working hour requirement of cash.
