Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should be natives of Tamil Nadu state and are eligible to apply. The outsider candidates who studied their schooling in Tamil Nadu may also apply. The children of persons who have been serving in the public sector or government sector for the last five years in Tamil Nadu may also apply for TNEA. The candidates must have passed the 12th (intermediate)or its equivalent examination from the government-recognized board with the subjects as physics, mathematics, and chemistry with the percentage as 50 % (for general candidates), 45% (for the backward class including Muslim), 40% (MBC and DNC) and 35% (for SC/ST/SCA)candidates.

Admission Details

TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission ) is state-level counseling for admission to the undergraduate B.E/ B.Tech degree courses offered by the institutions or colleges located in the limits of Tamil Nadu state. TNEA counseling forms will be issued for the students who completed higher secondary every year. Tamilnadu Engineering Admission TNEA is an authority conducting counseling for the 12th students who won't join in B.E, B.Tech, B.Arch.

College Infrastructure

All the facilities that are related to engineering are available here. Lab, Library, auditorium,all sports, anti ragging patrol facilities are available here. In class rooms projector white board, wifi are available. All places like classrooms, labs, canteen are hygienic.

Anna University has all the facilities which an university should have. It is the oldest engineering college in india. It has many labs, we can learn many various things. Most of the classrooms has projectors and WiFi facilities and well maintained.
