Healthy Scientific environment

Posted on 22 Feb' 17 by Shlipa Shivdas
Batch of Jan. 1, 2017 | BE Chemical Engineering
Coimbatore Institute of Technology is one of the best chemical engineering in India. The studies material which is prepared by the faculties is based on the current technology which provides us the updated knowledge. Furthermore being the chemical engineered student, all the chemicals are up to date and even the instruments, devices too thus creating innovative environment for us to do studies and research and these two things must go hand in hand. There are fest held in our college like Technovation and Cyberfest – the national level competition and also interface. The unique thing of my college is that the WE have a healthy scientific discussion thus increasing and helping to sharpen our skills.

Liberty to the students Full freedom No restrictions

Very good college. Develops u as an individual. No student attitude. All become responsible as an individual and self-growth is the main plus point. Placements are good. Students are even handed out the responsibilities of placement activities. Students are not forced to do anything. Everything is built upon self-interest. In short, it is the survival of the fittest inside the campus.

Batch of Jan. 1, 2015 | BE Mechanical Engineering
Pursuing "BE Mechanical Engineering" was the most awesome thing that had happened in my life. Beyond the subject knowledge, you could learn a lot in all the aspects of your successful career. The professors were very friendly and helpful which created an ideal environment to acquire and manipulate the facts. The infrastructure was not so good as it was built in 1956 and had not been upgraded much when compared to other universities . Regarding placements, if the student had mastered all the facts and stuff from the subjects taken till the senior level then he/she can crack the interview easily. Overall experience was so good and I would recommend this college to anyone who is willing to reach greater heights in life.

Though the students are capable of some extracurricular activities the college does not encourage the student to put forth his/her skill. No proper infrastructure and the worse part is the car parking and the cloakroom. As per academics, the staffs are highly qualified and good college for improving academically.

CITis situated in a fast and busy city like environ. The institution attracts students from several states in the country. An added attraction is the proximity of the institute to the airport, railways and roadways. An excellent communication network is available in the city.Though funded by the state, it is run as efficiently as any other private institution of comparable size. Many courses are on offer; and, of course, the curriculum is not reviewed at shorter periods of time. The institution has highly qualified and motivated staff; and the placement rating for CITis quite high in comparison to other institutions in the state.CIT is well equipped for all the engineering courses on offer; and, the Institution is supported by qualified and motivated staff. Most other similar institutions can take cue from this institution to provide better quality education to ug students in engineering and technology. The institute that provides highly standard technical education and it improves Self-learning capabilities. I experienced full freedom in CIT and it makes CIT is different and unique from other institutes in the state. It is awarded as one of the best engineering colleges in the south india. If you utilized all the resources in CIT properly you can get the ultimate knowledge.
