IT IS ACTUALLY GOOD FOR A COLLEGE OR HOSTEL LIFE, THEY SERIOUSLY GOT HERE GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE, BUILDINGS, THE INTERIORS, ALL ARE ACTUALLY ABOVE THE PAR, QUITE IMPRESSIVE, ALL THE ELEVATORS ARE IN GOOD AND PROPER FUNCTIONING
WON'T SAY GOOD, BELOW AVERAGE. LIKE FACULTY ND ALL, LOTS OF ASSIGNMENTS AND TESTS (APART FOR MID TERMS OR END SEMS), THE ONLY THING WHICH PISSES OUT EVERY STUDENT STUDYING OVER HERE. THEY WON'T LET A SINGLE DAY TO ENJOY
PRETTY GOOD, GOOD PACKAGE. ANNUAL PACKAGE ARE QUITE IMPRESSIVE, CAN BE GOOD PLACE FOR PLACEMENTS CAN SAY IT IS RECOMMENDED. FROM DREAM OFFERS TO SUPER DREAM OFFERS, FULL EXPOSURE ONE CAN GET OVER HERE.
NOT ACTUALLY. A LOT OF FEES THEY ASKED, TALKING FROM ACADEMICS TO HOSTELS. WANT TO LOOK FOR EVERY NOOK TO EARN MONEY IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. CAN BE CONSIDERED ONE OF THE BIGGEST FLAW FOR THIS COLLEGE.
IT'S GOOD, CAN TAKE GOOD TIMES AND MEMORIES FROM HERE. LIKE IT'S VERY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. PEOPLE HERE ARE VERY NICE, LOVELY. SUNSETS OR EVENING ARE VERY SWEET HERE. PERFECT FOR WALKS OR EXERCISES. GOOD SHOPS
The college infrastructure is well-developed and modern, providing all the necessary facilities for students. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors and smart boards, making learning more effective. Laboratories are well-maintained with proper equipment for practical sessions. The library has a good collection of books and digital resources for academic support. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and basic amenities, though WiFi can sometimes be slow. The campus also includes sports facilities, cafeterias, and recreational areas, creating a comfortable and engaging environment for students. Overall, the infrastructure supports both academic and extracurricular activities efficiently
The academic environment in the college is quite good, with a well-structured curriculum that is regularly updated to match industry standards. The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, helping students understand concepts clearly. Teaching methods include presentations, practical sessions, and assignments, which make learning more engaging. Exams and evaluations are conducted fairly, and overall academics help students build a strong foundation for their future careers.
Placements in the college are quite good, with many reputed companies visiting the campus every year. The placement cell is active and provides training sessions, mock interviews, and skill development programs. Most students get placed with decent packages, though opportunities may vary by branch.
The course fee is relatively high compared to the facilities and overall returns. While the college provides decent infrastructure and opportunities, the cost may not feel fully justified for every student, especially considering the average placement packages. Scholarships and financial support options are limited, making it less affordable for many.
Campus life is vibrant and engaging, with a good mix of academics and extracurricular activities. The college regularly organizes fests, cultural events, and technical competitions that keep students involved. There are clubs and societies for different interests, allowing students to explore their talents. The campus environment is lively and diverse, making it a memorable experience overall.
Overall, the college offers a well-rounded experience with good infrastructure, decent academics, and active campus life. It provides ample opportunities for students to grow both academically and personally. However, the high fees and slightly inconsistent WiFi or placement variations in some branches can be considered drawbacks. With some improvements in these areas, the overall experience can be even better. Still, it is a good choice for students looking for quality education and exposure.
Almost has all the necessary infrastructure yet not good...too much academic pressure...sometimes it feels like living inside of a jail...hostel rooms and messes are way more expensive than they need to be
Too much academic pressure...lots of projects and assignments....courses which are not very useful...to much theory and stuff...three exams a semester excluding the lab exams... although some professors are really cooperative
Decent placements...almost everyone gets placed by the end of fourth year............,................. .. ............................................................................................
College Infrastructure is Good and have all the necessary facilities for acdemics need, well classroom and labs, libraries are good but wifi service is quite slow and unstable and have network issues also in campus. living spaces are clean and have hygenic food.
Too much pressure of studies like every week either you will be having quizes or DAs or lab pat and mat your whole semester will be revoloving around exams and projects only and too many classes also to attend.
Have a good alumini network and structured process for placements but competiton is too high and sometimes you will feel there is hidden filter like high cgpa or something else in selection process.else it is good
4lakhs per year it is way expensive . No its not worth it compare to what we are paying if you get addmission in first category or second then it is worth it.
Most strict and hard to survive campus life too many unnecessary rules and regulations like 9pm is the intime for boys not intime for campus but 9pm is the intime for hostel and 8 pm for girls and you cannot take outside food into the hostel
If you are used to live a stricct life and want to focus only on studies you can come else it will be very tough to survive
My College infrastructure is good as it has 5 academic blocks along with canteen in between the floor in some blocks for students and faculities as a resfreshment or as a break in between the classes along with that hostels are also very well maintained and my college also has swimming pool, basketball court, football ground, cricket practice nets, lawn tennis court, and proper canteens and resutrant for the members/students and thier families and also it arrangements for families to have a stay in the guest room of the college.
My college is famous for his academics stratergies the for what to teach students, why to teach students will it be beneficial for the students in their future or not and if yes what all other new opportunities student will get and how to manage and the quality of teacher is really impressive. All along my college is a TIER 2 college.
My college offers 90%-97% placement rate and top companies like Microsoft,Amazon,Google visit my college campus offering high roles and some students come and try to take the opportunity in the mass recruiters like TCS,WIPRO offers package on an average of 7.5LPA to 10+ LPA.
In my college the B.Tech course cost per year varies accordingly to the rank you got in VITEEE (private exam of VIT College) and ofcourse the sepcialization you will choose, with tution fees it approximately comes to over 4 lakh per annum INR.
My college covers around 192 acre modern thus eco-friendly college campus featuring fully functional labs with high tech equipments , a top tier library and also extensive sports facilities. It also includes excellent auditorium for technical and culutural clubs, but there are some drawbacks that it very strict with thier disciplinary rules, high humidity and intense academic pressure.
College infrastructure is good but the campus is green, wifi is available but the speed is very low often between 200 kbps to 400 kbps and also the infrastructure is good but it requires a modern touch. includes library, sports complex and many other indoor facilities
practicality lacks in the education mostly theoretical knowledge is provided but job ready skills , that we should learn by our own other than it is very competitive to study in this college you have other 500 -600 students in same race to crack jobs.
placements are good , famous companies do come to this college google, microsoft, infosys, jp morgan are the ones to be highlighted but still i think the competition is too high with a minimum cgpa criteria which is very difficult to crack
there are 5 categories but if you opt in category 1 or 2 then the value for money is good other than that the college is looting . the average package is 11 lakhs almost. but the students are paying fees upto 30 lakhs
Campus life is good , we get to witness many different events including cultural as well as technical, the college conducts vibrance which is cultural fest every year which highlights different concert artist , other than that there are 200 clubs of varied domains which conducts many events
Infrastructure is basic only the necessary amenities are available and the college is constantly under construction. It's really difficult to roam around college with construction dust all around. library , sports complex, acad blocks are included along with some cafes and a hotel.
students are learning outdated concepts and theories which are discarded there is new education policy recently which aims to make education more practical and hence the college is trying to improve its academics and syllabus
Top companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys and others in particular do come in campus but the placement has seating criteria of minimum cgpa. the college claims to have 100 percent placements.
there are 5 categories in the college the fee structure varies according to this categories . I am of category 4 and they are constantly looting us with every annum increase in fee structure of mess and hostel. hence i think its not worth for atleast cat 4.
Many Events take place throughout the year and hence the college is active culturally and technical events also take place in large numbers. Campus life is good but very strict , There are very strict rules for couples and they cannot roam freely.
My experience with this college is faculties are really very bad only some faculties are from north other dont even understand what we want to convey
Its good but the real catch is it is always going on there are various constructional phases in the entire college recently there was a library floor breakdown due to which firsr floor of library was shutdown other than all the facilities are included.
Academics are mostly thereotical related and very less job knowledge is provided. Other than that academics include expired courses in todays world like course which are not relevant in today's world. The college is giving more importance to thereotical knowledge.
Placements are good but companies have certain criteria for applying for placements itself. It is very necesary to fulfill min cgpa criteria to land in placement training. Companies lile Amazon, Google, Infosys, JP morgan do come here
There are 5 categories in the fee structure . Only catwgpry 1 and 2 does give value for money . The average package is 11 lakhs around and can be varied largely on the basis of the branch opted other than that there cat 3 4 and 5 overly expensive
Campus life includes fests cultural programs there 198 clubs in the college hence there is no borement in the entire course and college life is amazing you can perform in various events and there is no ragging. It is strictly abolished
I would like to add some faculties are not so supportive.
Always in construction phase, facilities are good. The infra includes smart classrooms , auditoriums, a comprehensive library, and various sports facilities. It also has multiple cafes and Bank/ ATMs for ease
More of theoritical sort of thing practicality is less emphasized on . There are changes in education policy though. There will be change and college is hardly trying for practical skills rather than rheory
Competitive placement scenario. Claimed to be 100 percent. The placement training includes 6 hours of hardcore skill training along with the certain cgpa criteria prevails below which there will be no placememt guarantee
Fess are category wise . Opt for cat 1 and cat2 there is value for money . Cat 3 , 4 , 5 are overly expensive
Good everything is sparks and lights
No
Very good infrastructure, with all the necessary laboratories, equipment, and experienced faculty to support effective learning. The classrooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with smart boards and projectors, which make lectures more interactive and engaging. The laboratories are well maintained and provide students with good hands-on practical exposure across different subjects. The library is large, well organized, and stocked with a wide range of academic resources, journals, and digital materials that are very helpful for studies and research. Campus Wi-Fi is available in most areas and generally works smoothly, enabling students to stay connected and access online learning platforms without much difficulty. The faculty members are knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. They guide students not only in academics but also in projects, internships, and career preparation. Hostel facilities are clean and comfortable, and the mess food is hygienic and decent. The campus also offers good sports infrastructure and extracurricular opportunities. Overall, the college provides a positive, well-equipped environment that supports both academic excellence and overall student development.
Experienced and well-knowledgeable faculty who teach really well and make concepts easy to understand. The curriculum is up to date and aligned with current industry requirements, which helps students stay relevant and job-ready. Professors are supportive and approachable, and they encourage students to participate in projects, research, and practical learning. The academic structure is well planned, with a good balance between theory and hands-on work. Regular assessments, assignments, and lab sessions help reinforce learning effectively. Overall, the academics provide a strong foundation and prepare students well for higher studies and professional careers.
Placements at the college are very good, with many reputed companies visiting the campus every year. The placement cell is active and provides proper training through mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and resume building workshops. A good percentage of students get placed with decent salary packages, and there are also opportunities for internships. Overall, the college offers strong placement support and good career opportunities for students.
My course costed approximately ₹1.98 lakhs per year. Considering the quality of infrastructure, experienced faculty, updated curriculum, and overall campus facilities, I feel it offers good value for money. The college provides decent placement opportunities, well-equipped labs, and a supportive learning environment, which justifies the fees. Overall, the return in terms of academic exposure and career support makes the investment worthwhile.
Very chill campus life.. always buzzing with activities. It's got a lot of clubs and special teams. Support from faculty is good, and a safe location too, and yes the campus handles emergencies good .

With a 40,000 rank in VITEEE, getting ECE in VIT Chennai might be a bit difficult since the competition for that campus and branch is usually quite high. The cutoff for ECE in Chennai generally closes within the first 20–25k ranks.
However, you can still get a good chance
