I am truly grateful to my college for providing an environment that promotes learning, innovation, and practical experience. One of the greatest strengths of our college is the Innovation Labs and the Centers of Excellence, where I had the opportunity to learn beyond the classroom. After college hours, I spent time in the labs enhancing my technical skills, working on projects, and gaining hands-on experience. These experiences helped me strengthen my problem-solving skills, improve my confidence, and prepare for real-world challenges. Another valuable opportunity provided by CIT was the encouragement to take up internships after every semester. During each semester break, I completed internships in both hospitals and companies. These internships gave me practical exposure, helped me understand industry requirements, and allowed me to apply the concepts I learned in the classroom to real-world situations. The combination of classroom learning, project work in the Centers of Excellence, and internship experience played a major role in helping me secure a placement in a reputed organization. Today, I am able to apply the technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional values that I developed during my college journey in my workplace. I sincerely thank all my faculty members, mentors, and the management for their continuous guidance, encouragement, and support. Ratio for CSE is most likely boys: girls= 1/3 : 2/3. Girls mostly attempt for technical branch or core branch so it have comparatively more girls strength to non-technical branch like chemical engineering, civil, ME, food technology.
