I studied bcom because it is valuable.Yes curriculum is updated when rules are change. Books are detailed concepts are clear hard copies and e books are available too professors are eexperience and classes are scheduled.
Yes placement are scheduled. Average of total students are placed, average salary was 3 L per annum. They also give career classes and all mentors are available too good faculty team and it's an average to choose this college
Yes it is value for money yes it's worthy to study there
Its average all activities at campus are available on weekends as I studied online.
Wifi increase food quality improve cleaning.
College infrastructure is good. I recommended to all the students because if we wanted to pursue two different courses together or wants to work with studying it will definitely help everyone over all it is a good option for me.
Study is also nice they provide us materials like books for each subjects which helps us to gain bookish knowledge and enhance our skills by reading books Theory classes is conducted on every weekend days.
I am not sure about the placements and all of this college. College was supportive by providing us a complete knowledge or make us to start our own life. It helps us in many ways . If you people want to gain more knowledge i would going to recommend this.
College campus is quite impressive. I really like the infrastructure of the college. The campus have all the necessary requirements of equipment. They are having living spaces clean and food hygienic .
I am pursuing bcom .The college focuses on holistic development, aiming to produce well-rounded individuals. Along with academic pursuits, students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and social service initiatives. These activities help students develop leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of social responsibility.
Yes they are having good number of placement opportunities. They organize seminars as well other conference. The average package offered is around 6 lack per annum .College is very supportive in nature
The college where I go doesn't have all the necessary facilities and equipment. The infrastructure is neither too good not too bad. The living spaces are clean tho. For the fees they are taking you can't really expect much from them.
Am a student of bcom (hons). The quality of teaching is good . The faculties are well educated. I think the curriculum is updated , the books do have all the necessary and recent developments in the field.
Honestly don't know much about its placements. I think du sol do provides placements , but they can be described as average. The placement factor needs to be improved. I have never heard from anyone getting a placement from du sol.
In du sol , bcom(hons) course cost around 4000 per year. I think it is worth it. I mean what can you really expect in Rs.4000 in comparison to other colleges fees. They provide you books , classes and a degree ofcourse.
Du sol's every campus does have a garden type area in it. There aren't any activities in which a student can engage.
No
School of open learning offers distance courses so there is no need to go college regularly. Only need to go at exam time.so didn't experience about infrastructure. But we have e-libraray and online classes on every weekends.
I am also pursuing CA so it is not possible to me to go college regularly and attend classes that's why I am doing my graduation and post graduation from sol. Teachers are highly experienced. And books are also good.
Don't know regarding placements, did not experience about it. I don't have proper information about this. They also offers some training or kind of internships. But for physically disables there is palcememt and different programs has been conducted.
Yes, it is value for money and pocket friendly. For bcom programme it cost me around 3000 something per year including study material and exam fees.
Did not experience or live campus life as I said it is distance courses college so here we do not get any campus or infrastructure. But teachers are supportive highly experienced with good nature. We only get to visit campus to collect books.
My overall experience with School of Open learning University of Delhi is good and I will look forward for more courses.
The infrastructure is nice there are all the facility provided to each and every child ,interest lab and their Wi-Fi facilities provided good classroom good environment everything is well maintained..
The academy of our college also good all the facilities and professor expert for their respective subject the facility are very much supportive the goal of all facility of our colleges the old round development of each and every student
Currently I am pursuing BCom hons in this college and there is no placement opportunity in this DU SOL college they just give only academic degree to all student for their respective course this college are good for only learning but not for placements
The college building is well maintain and have all basic facility for student in the classroom. the classroom have smart board with Wi-Fi facility too .it has big stadium .it also well maintained. Overall good infrastructure.
The academics in here are very nice ,the facility are coordinative and are good at their subjects, studies interactive, it is more of application based so that we can use professional skills required in jobs.
I have not come across any student or colleague of mine who got placed after graduation from soul merly on the basic of such degree almost all student pursue course from SOL because they are easier required minimum effort
The best features of college campus is the huge classroom and supportive teachers in the campus.
Yes, Basic things they have like water cooler , library , Desk , Board , Teachers and all the basic essential Nit having Smart Boards neither WiFi No hostel are provided so no space of living can't say anything about food
I am pursuing Bcom and in my 1st year i choose this course because i have to go in commerce line in future the quality of teaching is not that good just have 8-10 class for a semester Can Say that curriculum ia updated but yes their study can make you job ready
Can't say anything about placement right now but i heard my seniors that the placement is just poor and few out of hundreds are select in placements but after graduation in that less fees you can get a job of graduation level
My course cost is 6000 around per year Its cheap according to others college fees , Yeah it worth of 6000 absolutely
Average type of campus in sol they provide other's college to conduct our exams so it's basically others college we can just roam around their nothing special about campus location can change according to your admit card
basic average college just to get your graduation done and get a certificate
The college building is well maintained and have all basic facility for student the classroom.the classroom have smart board with wifi facilities too. it has big stadium. Its also well maintained washroom.
The academics of our colleges also good all the facilities and professor expert for their respective subjects the facility are very much supportive the goal of all facilities of our college is the all round development of each and every students.
Currently i am persuing BCOM in this college and there is no placement opportunities in this DU SOL colleges. They just give only academic degree to all students for their respective courses. This colleges are good for only learning but not for placements.
Yes I am getting money worth while participating in several activities which will help us to build leadership skills etc. getting insightful for knowledge with good academic guidance by our faculty.
Campus life is better as we are permitted to engage in clubs we got NSS where we help our students and new comers to explore their passion we got sport clubs, radio clubs, coding clubs, and photography clubs our campuses located in a peaceful area near to the city emergencies are handled well as the hospitals are nearer.
The college had good infrastructure and query solving mechanism. Although since the college is an open school most of the learning took place in other college's classes and campuses. The institute authorities took great care of providing the same
The curriculum was not at all updated or even relevant in today's day and age. The curriculum teaches useless stuff that is long outdated and useless for most as commerce graduates. The quality is not even at par with class 12th curriculum
I have not come across any student or colleague of mine who got placed after graduation from SOL merely on the basis of such degree. Almost all students pursue courses from SOL because they are easy and require minimum effort
The course was definitely value for money I spent around rs.15000 in all 3 years of my graduation on fees and study material.
The campus life was almost non existent . Since this is an open school that is to be expected
If anyone wants to pursue any other course along with a UG or PG degree then SOL is without a doubt the best choice for them
Hello,
Recently, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. However, in case you're asking if you can get
yes , you get admission in B com in any university or college
