Yes lady shri ram is actually good and value for moneyy as it provides all the good abd excellent quality and facilities of study and infrastructure
Campus life is very nice in lsr as their are many students who take care of the students who are not very much included with each other and provide a healthy friendship to each other that helps in promoting good relations
Life at lsr is vibrant and engaging, with many active student societies. The campus environment is peaceful and green and the students here are supportive and always there for each other. It’s a beautiful place where women empower women
Lsr is known for high academic standards with a well structured curriculum. The faculty is highly knowledgeable and experienced, with some variations in teaching styles.Students here often benefit from regular seminars and workshops as well as international collaborations.
Lsr boasts an excellent placement record ,especially strong for commerce and economics students.Top recruiters include MBB,Deloitte,EY,KPMG,Accenture,Blackstone. The placement cell is active year round ,offering internships and career counselling.
Being a government college under Delhi university,Lsr offers education at relatively affordable fee range. The quality of education, excellent placements ,active student societies ,and campus facilities justify the fees for most students.

It is a very well balance to college infrastructure I would say the dream Re the build in they are literally very good and you get the best experience from your libraries and all they are different sections with different type of foods available so it's a very good college
It is good place for studies like you get a very competitive space But ya professor can be bit of problem like they are not cooperative and due to societies it become hectic But it help you learn multitasking for sure
You think definitely back with me but it's a really good college for placements like the highest placement ever in Delhi is from lsr and I would say it would some how depend upon you how you build your profile or Academics and everything because it's your college life and experience and development that matter the most in this prospective
You definitely get the value of money you know like you that the best ever placement if you work hard in the college you get to know the society's in the college and it help you develop so good because you get into multi tasking like you have to do different society work and studies and it help you develope yourself like being responsible is a key feature in your life and it help you teach that
Balance life I would say because it is you extra curricular activities it give you academic it give you everything you develop here you get your seniors who are supportive and you get rejections by society and it help you developed as well because they are many different society's as well but those rejections also help you and if you keep being part of the society as well and a personality as well
It has a like very good infrastructure we have a library with good lecture room yes it is not ac equipped but very nicely organised. But ya hostel availability can be a problem there The college has given different areas for different activities like for those societal activities as well so overall it has a really good infrastructure with excellent facilities
The academics was outstanding like I got the environment I got the teachers I got the library where I could find any book I wanted and I had it competition which motivated me and I think so the course I have done BA economic honours it is literally very good
The placements are really nice but it quite depend upon the individual itself how they have managed to create the profile as well as their resume there are cases who have gotten the highest package but they can be some cases which have gotten the moderate one so I would say it depend upon the individual overall it provide good opportunity
It was a very good experience with the basic pay I would say like the fees for 3 years was 65000 or so and I definitely got the value of my money because I grew up there mentally as well as socially and I got the chance for good placement as well so I would say it definitely returns the value of money you have put an as investment for yourself
Thrilling it can be competitive but supportive as well because the senior support you dried you and the faculity there is very good there are very nice Teachers Day teachers very well yeah something depend upon you how you studied but overall campus life was balance between academics as well as extra curriculum activities
Infrastructure is not royally amazing but sufficient for normal conduct. New building is very good and well ventilated and spacious. Old building is a bit conjusted we have four IT rooms with Wi-Fi , we do not have AC but their are many trees rendering a cooling effect so overall it is decent.
Teachers have great knowledge, there are ample opportunities for students from all spheres. Teachers are very supportive and accomplished . Their is a friendly environment thought sometimes due to cutthroat competition competency is felt but overall it is nice .
Yes, the platform is nice we get it from college name but skill development does not happen we have to do it ourselves and get ourselves upgraded and updated. Very renowned companies come for placements so it is great their .
Though good number of renowned companies has come to college but due to cutthroat completion only one or two students are selected and it becomes very unpredictable what skills they are looking for. Opportunities are not limited but as far as what we have seen it goes to BCOM hons, Eco hons and statistics pursuing people .
Yes I feel i am getting my money’s worth as my college provide very affordable education that costs 21-24000 . There are no extra expenses except for extra registeration . Studying in DU is worth your penny
No
College infrastructure is overall good. But in our journalism department, media lab and studio are very small. It should be ideally for practical class but we do our theory classes there. Despite all the equipments with our department, we don't have access to it. So that's my concern.
College classes are obviously not extraordinary. If you are coming to this or any college of DU, you'll have to study on your own. Academic wise I will say it's a good college after all. But things could be much better.
If I talk about our department of journalism only, only 3 people this year got placed. Placement cells are not that much effective but yes if you try, you might be the one who gets placed. If you are a member of placement cell, you have more chances of getting placement.
I personally feel like we are paying double the fee as compared to other departments of college but is not getting equipments, camra etc. But yesh you'll get many many opportunities to improve yourself. Join college societies, do extracurricular activities and yes you will enjoy your time here. In short, it is value for money.
I like my college so much. I mean the greenery in campus, continuous hustle- bustle, I like it all. There are lots of programs which is conducted by different societies and I enjoy it. But class schedule are hectic. Most of your time, you'll spend in college. I will advice all juniors to definitely come to this college, you'll make tonnes of memories at the end of your college.
My experience in the initial 2 months was terrible. I got cultural shock after coming to Delhi for the first time. But with time I settled down and I am loving this journey now.
Our college is well known for infrastructure,it has big campus, beautiful garden ,they provide wifi facilities and classrooms are clean plus it has big library, sports complex with gym and hostel , cafeteria provides good quality food at affordable prices with proper hygiene.
Academics are also good it served to be one of the top colleges ,professors here are very knowledgeable and fully dedicated to their subjects, college do have session and webinar for making you job ready and co-curricular activities
So talking about the placement ,our college is best , placement cell is also here which helps students ,weekly seminars and workshops held for careful planning, and placement cell works tirelessly to connect students with top companies
As it is govt college fees are much cheaper and the amount of money you'll spend is worthwhile because college is providing every facilities in return
Campus Life is so amazing, our college has fest every year,NSS diwali mela, workshops and lecture organised by different departments and societies which is fun time for all students and for me it was good experience

Our college has huge classes, a well -stocked library and a beautiful and well -maintained complex with modern auditoriums. Dome area is really beautiful where trees and flowers are planted as selfie point Wi-Fi is good, and sports facilities are decent.
Our college is known for its high academic standards. Faculty is knowledgeable and very experienced and the course is well structured. Regular seminars and workshops held for students from assignment to group discussion everything provide insightful experience
LSR has excellent placements, especially for students of commerce and economics. Many big companies like Deloite, EY and KPMG travel for recruitment. Our college has a placement cell that involves in careful planning and ongoing career counseling for students from start of their programs.
Since it is a government aided college, fees are much cheaper than private colleges.
The campus is too good and full of activities. Societies like playwrights, debate and music are very active. Plus the aura of annual fest TARANG is great .it was a good experience
LSR is very good and the campus is great. The lawn and the ground is very spacious and green. The library your is very very nice. Wi-Fi always works and classroom are well ventilated. Washroom are averaging cleaned.
The faculty here is very knowledgeable very experienced. The teaching quality is very good and they solve the doubts of the students. The course that I am pursuing is very nice and also full of curiosity.
The placement of this college is bagging the highest package in entire Delhi University. But placement for non economics and Social sciences students are not so frequent where as courses related to commerce and economics do bag a very heavy package .
Definitely it is valuable the money because the Vibe and the hype that we get here is very great. The course price varies from 15000 to 20000 per year.
The aura of the annual fest that is tarang is great.
If you’re a PCM student in 12th and want to pursue Psychology at Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) through CUET, you need to focus on the subjects accepted for BA (Hons) Psychology admission. LSR generally considers English (compulsory) and any two other domain subjects from CUET. Since you’re PCM, you can choose Maths, Physics, or Chemistry along with English. There isn’t a strict need for Biology in CUET for Psychology at LSR. So prepare well for English + 2 best PCM subjects, as your CUET score in these will decide your admission chances.
Yes, Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, offers admissions under the Sports Quota (ECA/Sports Supernumerary Seats). However, selection is not just based on certificates, you need to clear:
1. Sports Trials (practical performance test),
2. Submit Zonal/National-level certificates (recent years preferred),
3. Shortlisting depends on DU’s centralised sports quota merit list.
Competition is tough, but with good performance in trials and strong certificates, you have a fair chance.
While Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College, like most colleges in Delhi University, primarily uses English as the medium of instruction, it's possible to take your course in Hindi if you choose a Hindi language course or if your professor allows it. However, the primary language of instruction and course materials is generally English.
For most courses at LSR, the medium of instruction is English.
If you are pursuing a BA (Hons) in Hindi, then you will naturally be studying in Hindi.
Some professors may use both English and Hindi, especially in courses with a diverse student body, but course materials are usually provided in English.
You can generally write your exams in Hindi even if the course is taught in English, but it's advisable to check the specific guidelines for your course and college.
If you are interested in Hindi as a subject, you can choose Hindi as one of your subjects in the CUET exam and potentially pursue a BA (Hons) in Hindi at LSR.
Your admission will be based on your performance in the CUET exam and other eligibility criteria, and the medium of instruction in your previous classes (like 12th) is not a barrier for admission.
