DU SOL Admission Process
School of Open Learning, Delhi University offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses to all aspiring students. Some of the UG courses for DU SOL admissions are B.Com, B.A., B.Com Hons, B.A. and others. Eligible candidates can apply for SOL DU admissions by visiting the official website. DU SOL UG admissions are offered on the basis of merit. School of Open Learning, Delhi University (DU SOL) PG admissions are offered based on DUET conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It must be noted that 50% of the total seats offered in PG programmes at the SOL DU are reserved for Delhi University students and will be filled on the basis of merit.
Students aspiring for DU SOL admissions are required to fill the application form on or before the last date of submission. The university will issue admit card after filling the DU SOL application form which must be carried to the entrance examination centre along with a valid photo. The authorities will release the DU SOL PG merit list after the commencement of the entrance examination. Candidates will get shortlisted based on their performance in the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) and shortlisted students must visit the DU SOL campus for verification of documents.

Candidates of Delhi University are eligible for direct/merit-based admissions. They are eligible for 50% of the total seats and admission is offered based on the merit list.
The remaining 50% of the total seats will be filled through an entrance test.
DU SOL Application Process - Steps to Fill SOL DU Application Form
Visit the official website and click on the registration link.
The screen will open into a registration login window.
Enter mobile number and email address to complete the DU SOL registration.
Students need to log in again via login credentials to fill the SOL DU application form.
Enter all the required information in the required format and upload the scanned copies of relevant documents - educational mark sheets, scanned photographs, scanned signatures, and others.
Pay the DU SOL application fee and take out a printout of the SOL DU admission form for future reference.
Note - Candidates can only login into DU SOL student login through the SOL roll number and bar code as printed on the DU SOL ID Card.
DU SOL UG Admissions
At the undergraduate level, DU SOL offers five courses - B.Com, B.A., B.Com Hons, B.A. English (Hons) and B.A. Political Science (Hons). These courses are offered in the distance learning mode. -The duration of undergraduate courses at the School of Open Learning, Delhi University is three years. DU SOL UG admission is offered on the basis of merit. For DU SOL UG admissions, students need to fill the application form via online mode.
SOL DU UG Courses and Eligibility Criteria
Passed Class 12th with 40% marks from a recognised board.
Students must pass the Class 12th with 55% marks and above in aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations. 60% marks and above in the vocational stream in the qualifying examination from a recognised board.
Candidates need to clear the Class 12th with 65% marks and above in the aggregate, in any one of the qualifying examinations with at least 75% marks in English or 65% marks in English Elective/Functional English (at least one language (only English) + three academic subjects.). Vocation stream is not allowed.

DU SOL UG Admission Process
The first step in DU SOL UG admission process is that students must fulfil the eligibility criteria as per the course.
Eligible candidates need to fill the DU SOL application form on the official website.
Admission to B.Com, B.A., B.Com Hons, B.A. English (Hons) and B.A. Political Science (Hons) is offered on the basis of merit i.e marks obtained in the qualifying examination will be considered.
Shortlisted students must visit the SOL DU campus for document verification.
The final selection of candidates is made based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, document verification and payment of fees.

The college offers five postgraduate courses. DU SOL PG courses are M.Com, M.A. Hindi, M.A. Sanskrit, M.A. History, and M.A. Political Science. As per the DU SOL admission process carried out for PG courses, students are required to sit and obtain valid scores in the DUET - Delhi University Entrance Test conducted by NTA. After the commencement of the entrance, NTA will release the DUET result on its official website. Students whose names will be on the DU SOL PG merit list must get their documents verified and are required to pay the admission fee. Apart from the entrance-based channel, students can also opt for merit-based admission.
