The infrastructure is good with security. The classrooms are big with good conditions desks. A little canteen is also provided for students. The washrooms are clean and hygiene is well taken care of.
I'm studying Bcom(hons) and I've taken classes conducted at du sol centre. The quality is average, easy to understand and store. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
In BCOM(hons) the : Placement Rate: 50%–80%Highest Package: Reaches up to ₹4–6 LPA (average ₹3–4 LPA) The highest reported package is up to ₹30 LPA, it was in MBA. Du sol students do get placements but opportunities are limited in comparison to regular du college
Per year cost of course was around 10,000 approx . It's very much affordable and flexible. Any student preparing for professional exams or any other course and they're not able to attend regular college then du sol is worth their money as it gets them graduated with their preparation for other exams
The campus is big and well furnishes. There's no such activities for students to engage in other than classes not that I've personally knowledge about any activities can't say anything. But the campus is good it's still a good experience. The teachers are good. The location is safe and with security It can very well handle emergencies
School of open learning delhi is quite good for students who prepares for any type of competative exams. For regular basic, it is not good because the class only held once in a week, which is not sufficient.
As the class are only held once in a week. So students face problems regarding it they have doubts but it's ok for students who arn't able to attend the classes regularly. So this became a better option for them.
I don't think that the placement support is quite good because as per i asked senior students regarding the placement support their answers is like that it is only good for students who are interested in any comy exams.
Quite good.
The infrastructure is basic becuase it is a distance learning system. There is no regular campus life like other colleges. Students get study materials, online classes and digital support. overall it is simple but useful for flexible learning.
I completed my BCOM Hons from SOL. the quality of teaching is avaerage as it mainly depends on self study. The university provide support material online. Overall academics are good for students who are self disciplined and can study on their own.
Placements are limited. Few companies visit and most students find jobs on their own. It depends on the student's skills and efforts. Report mentioned 65 out of 74 get placed which is around 88% but it is not as true as it mentioned.
because of low fees it is good option for students who want quality education or are pursuing any professional course like CA, CS at low cost. facilities and placements ae limited.
Campus life is almost not present because it is distance learning program. there are no regular classes, events or college activities
The college had an amazing infrastructure and the classrooms were quite spacious along with smartboards. The laboratories were well equipped with modern equipments and the library also had a wide range of books spanning from educational to novels. The sports/gym centres were well equipped and the college also provided us with safety gears. The canteen was great and had hygienic food at all times. There was a wide range of food for students from all regions. The wifi also provided great network for students to carry out their tasks.
The curriculum of the college was also great and provided us with latest syllabus. The teachers were awesome in providing real world insights to the students which eventually helped us face real world problems. The curriculum mainly focused on problem solving skills that help us today realise how important practical learning is. I studied B.Com Hons and the knowledge I received from the college helps me even today. The quality of teaching is truly great and the teachers are all really supportive of students' ambition. I would suggest anyone who wants to do B.Com to join this college and grow.
The college provided students with great opportunities for placements and also prepared them for real world scenarios to face after graduation. The college provided grooming sessions for students to face interviews and carry out practical tasks. The quality of placements provided were great and also the process to get placed were smooth enough for students to solely focus in their interviews. I had an amazing time and got to learn a lot from the interviews provided by the college. The students who were placed got a decent package and had received a great feedback from companies as the performance of students in the company showed that they were well trained.
College provides a good ROI and since the fees was quite nominal and the value I received from the college has been truly great. I do feel everytime i go for an interview that the money i spent in the college was worth every penny. I would recommend anyone who wants to join a college at a nominal rate and get the best out of an institution.
The campus life was quite memorable and the support staff were all very cooperative. One of the best features is the way college organizes events for students which amps up our morale to do great in life and career as well. The location of the college is also near required institutions like hospitals and banks. Students were also encouraged to participate in various activities apart from studies.
The campus building was old . It was always under construction and the rooms very not very good for study purpose. The environment was not very good .Sol has a very good library where you can get any book related to your course but you have to clear all your library dues before taking your degree certificate
Sol offers a varied list of courses starting from basic to technical courses. But you should prefer Sol for subject related to humanities and arts like BA or MA . If you want you can attend classes also.
The placement of du sol is not very impressive. You'll have to develop skills outside the uni for getting placed. Sol doesn't prepare you for the job market and you'll have to search for a decent job .
If you want a low budget degree then SOL is the best because it offers you an average degree in just 15-20k . Keeping in mind the flexibility of education Sol is the best as it charges very low for a degree.
Sol is a distance learning college so you don't get much opportunities to explore campus life . If you want to explore campus life then you should go for a regular college.
I had an average experience at Sol
The college infrastructure is good overall. The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with proper seating and basic technical facilities like projectors and Wi-Fi. The library has a decent collection of books and a quiet environment for studying. Labs are well maintained and provide the necessary equipment for practical learning. The campus is clean and has adequate sports and recreational facilities. Although there is still some scope for improvement in certain areas, the overall infrastructure supports a comfortable and productive learning experience.
The academic environment of the college is very good. The faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to clear doubts both inside and outside the classroom. The curriculum is fairly updated and covers both theoretical concepts and practical applications, which helps students build a strong foundation. Regular assignments, presentations, and internal assessments ensure continuous learning. The college also encourages participation in seminars, workshops, and skill-based programs, which makes students more confident and industry-ready. Overall, the academics provide a solid learning experience
Although I am currently in my second year and have not yet participated in the placement process, based on interactions with seniors and faculty, the placement opportunities are good. The college invites reputed companies for campus recruitment and provides training sessions such as aptitude preparation, mock interviews, and soft skills development. Seniors have shared positive feedback about the support from the placement cell. Overall, the college makes consistent efforts to help students become industry-ready and secure decent job opportunities.
The college offers good value for money considering the quality of education, infrastructure, and overall facilities provided. The fees are reasonable compared to other institutions offering similar courses. Students get access to well-maintained classrooms, labs, library resources, and extracurricular opportunities. The faculty support and placement training programs further add to the overall benefit. While there is always room for improvement, the academic exposure and campus experience justify the investment made in the course
Campus life in the college is enjoyable and engaging. The environment is friendly, and students get many opportunities to interact and build strong friendships. Various cultural events, fests, sports activities, and club programs are organized throughout the year, which keeps the atmosphere lively. The campus provides a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities. Seniors and faculty members are supportive, creating a positive vibe overall. My experience so far has been memorable and enriching.
This is a very good college for all those people who want to opt for correspondence course. it provides hands on experience in various disciplines like political honours, m.com, english honours and now even provides pg programs in MBA.
The study material provided by the college provides a comprehensive content resulting in prolific performance in exams. The curriculum is updated and it includes all the recent development in the field. The academics here prepares you thoroughly for various jobs. the best part is that you can even get time to prepare for competityive exams.
I believe there are no sanguine on campus placement as such, an individual has to do some internships in addition to the degree they have completed in an order to apply for off campus placements so that they can land a job.
Overall, it is the cheapest college in the entire university. The BA ENGLISH HONOURS course costs around 10,000 rupees in total.
the college experience is moderately good as they provide classes on weekends for the students who wish to get college experience.
i had the best time here.
As I am open student , the college keeps changing sometimes the give me north campus college to go Saturday and Sunday and infrastructure of that college is amazing and sometimes they throw us in a worst infra college
Academics are up to you fully you have to study by yourself they will not do anything for you the teachers only reply for your question no questions from their sides and explanation as well you can only ask doubts
Placements are up to you basically as you know companies don't give much attention to the students who are from open studies as the regular ones are taken care and you have to find jobs for yourself university will not do anything
Yes as fee is very low
We are spending time in campus
Classrooms are okay and have basic facilities like fans, lights and sometimes smart board. Library is useful and we can find important books for exams. If a student studies seriously, he or she can score good marks from here.
My academic experience in this college is average to good. Teachers are mostly helpful and classes happen regularly. Some teachers explain topics very clearly and give simple examples, so it becomes good.
The placement of our college is average but improving every year. Many companies visit the college during the final year to hire students. The placement helps students by organizing interviews, and training sessions.

Hello,
Recently, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. However, in case you're asking if you can get
yes , you get admission in B com in any university or college
