see you can do mba in any streams and it does not matter that you have studies botany in your ug course. however You need to appear in cat/mat/xat/cmat like entrance test for pursuing mba from top tier1 institute. see there is several stream like mba in finance, human resource, business analytics , agri business management etc. from your back ground you may opt for,

mba in biotech

mba in agri business

mba in health care management.

Go to ignou official website. Then click on student's section . Then on registration details by name. You have to enter your name and programme code or date of birth. Then you will get your enrollment number.

Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) is a 1 year program by IGNOU, to get admission in it the minimum perncentage needed are:

• 50% in gradutaion for General/SC/ST/OBC.
• Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma ( one year) in Library Science
• Bachelors Degree with two years of working experience in a Library & Information Centre

Since you dont have 50% in graduation to get admission look at the rest of the criterias and see if you can fulfill that.
