Openmat is conducted by NTA and you will find the application form from the official webpage of the board. The official webiste is nta.ac.in ,  The form was opened on february 1 and the last date to fill the form is february 29.

DHNE Program is for a duration of one year in IGNOU. Couse Fee is 2000.

About scheduled classes, you need to contact coordinator of your study centre for that and assignments get uploaded in the official website of ignou only and the same goes for exam date as well.

You haven't mention you're seeking admission in which course, anyway regarding BDP and Masters both these admission takes place in January and July cycle, for this you need to fulfill eligibility criteria accordingly. Other exams like MBA, BEd, Nursing etc, it happens via entrance test as prescribed by IGNOU.
