Hello Aishwarya
Yes according to UGC guidelines
Yes you can Pursue two degrees simultaneously, one distance and other one regular, it's totally on you
Because you have to give two exams together, may be dates conflict, it will give you a big problem, and also you have to almost double your study time as no course is easy, if you think you can risk your chances of getting good marks in your regular college then you can go.
But i will suggest you to enroll in a good course not degree,
Which is in demand there are alot of courses.like graphic designing, coding ,some art and aesthetics course everything is an add-on and also you can further study in chemistry of modern world, work in internships in holidays and summer vacations.
I hope it helps.
Hello dear student,
I understand your query and you can definitely give Neet and you can fill code 2 in the registration form of Neet. And for your information dear student there is no no cap on the number of attempts on the Neet examination and there is also no age limit to appear in NEET examination. I hope now doubts will be clear. While the eligibility criteria to appear in NEET is the candidate should must have minimum of age 17 years. Also if the candidate belongs to general category then they should must have a minimum of 50% aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and biology while if student belongs from reserved category then the student must have a minimum of 40% aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and biology. I hope this was helpful
Best regards Apoorva

Best Of Luck!!
Even though it is a distance learning university, IGNOU has well-furnished regional and study centers. Library facilities are specially great – they have a huge collection of academic books, reference books, and journals. There is Wi-Fi in a few of the centers, and a hygienic cafeteria for students who are on campus for extended periods.
My study center is muralidhar college which is pretty decent college. the college staff was very rude ever since i been there for the first time they were very rude even changed some rules related to studies which they were not meant to.
It is an open university so we don't have ani specific building as our college. but the study center where we are elected to was nice. The faculty was nice too. clean classrooms, good professors and staff.
