IGNOU is considered among the best University for distance learning, it's a pioneer for distance mode programme, and it's recognized as well as the degree it provides is valid. Now, comes the question what do you want to do after MCom, is it work in government or private sector, when it comes to  acceptability of distance mode programs, private sector still varies, not every company follows the same norm, some might recruit and some not.

Usually MCA duration is 3 year. But the time being universities offer two types MCA. One is MCA-LE ( leteral entry program) it is for those students which are having BCA, BSC-IT Or other degree like these two. If any student have professional graduation in computer or IT they all are eligible for MCA-LE program. Students directly take admission in second year. So MCA - LE program is for 2 years. For other students those are non technical background select MCA general. The duration of this course is 3 year

The eligiblity criteria to pursue the course of MCA is different with each institute. But the basic criteria in most colleges is that if you have completed and passed or appearing for the final year degree examination for any graduation degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, enginerring you will be eligible to apply. But you must have mathematics as a subject in your 12th boards or any one year of graduation. Hence you need to consider this criteria in order to check your eligiblity.

As you ask about BSc Chemistry from IGNOU .. So actually IGNOU provide distances study mode of study....

this is the credit based online bachelor program where the total credit is 96 and 32 credit for per year there there there are two type of credit  4 and credit 8..

Yes, you are right IGNOU admission has been extended till 30th September for Bachelor, Master, Diploma Programmes. However, BCA, MCA and MTTM do not include in this list.

You may try for January 2020 admission cycle.

As per your requirement, i would say that as you are doing your graduation from ignou universities and you want to appear for cat, you need to fill up cat form as per your details.

There will be option to fill up your marks year ways and not semester ways, then fill it up and submit for appearing in cat exam.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have passed your bcs in ggnou in 2019, you are definitely eligible for iit mca through giving iit jam for admission into different iits.

Those Candidates have obtained 50% marks in Graduation degree are applicable for MCA Entrance exam. (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)You must have mathematics subject in 12th or Graduation standard.

The Eligible department for IIT JAM Exam for MCA course are BCA , B.Sc (IT,CS) , B.Sc in Mathematics.

Admission in LLb courses is done through different procedures. Each University/ college has it's own procedure for admission. Various colleges conduct their own separate entrances for admission. For this session the admission process for most of the top institutes have been concluded already. A few private colleges may still be accepting admissions. For admission in this session you can try that. For admission in the next session the 3 year LLB entrances you can apply for are-

DU LLB- Delhi University

PU LLB- Panjab University, Chandigarh

LSAT- Jindal Global law School, IIT Kharagpur etc

MHCET- GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune other colleges in Maharashtra etc

BHU LLB - Banaras Hindu University
