Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year (8 Semesters) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered at National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli.

Programme Educational Objectives-

Graduates of the Programme will contribute to the development of infrastructure that is sustainable.
Graduates of the Programme, as part of an organization or as Entrepreneurs, will continue to learn to harness evolving technologies.
Graduates of the Programme will be professional Civil Engineers with ethical and societal responsibility.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.

Admission Details

Admission to Undergraduate Engineering Program for the candidates from India at NITs, IIITs, Other centrally funded Technical Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/other Qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main).

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of college is quite good , big and well designed . The classroom is properly ventilated and has smart board for effective learning, The library has all the books of different categories and students can issue any of the books in respective time. There are many grounds for respective sports and properly maintained periodically.

College Infrastructure

Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus. The college takes pride in being a differently-able friendly campus with new ramps, lifts, and special washrooms added to the building. The college has various facilities to address reading and hearing.
