Good college with a wonderful ambiance

It has got an excellent infrastructure. Well equipped laboratories. An excellent library. The faculties are really cooperative. College also encourages extra circular activities. Canteens are bit expensive. The hotel facilities are gud. Comparatively you will have more freedom here.

You have to pay unnecessary fines, even if you are not the culprit. Don't know what schedule going on. You won't get a clarity of your future. Most of the faculty work like government employees. management department are worst. They are the vultures to take money from you. Don't judge college by it's infrastructure and aircrafts. They are just for show case. College was good before but after KCG , the college became just a business stunt. Even while leaving college, you won't have respect from them. I faced it all difficulties from them who done nothing wrong. Faculty are worst. even my school teacher have more knowledge than them

B.Tech CSE Review

INNOVATION CELL The university has an innovation cell that encourages students to pursue innovative ideas to do. 5 Campus companies have been built up since the inception of this cell. They have hosted multiple events and have invited many distinguished guest speakers. It also helps you to get internships no matter which year you are from. HOSTEL ? The hostel might be a little daunting when you first come here. The food can take a little getting used to. I think thats the only region where i find this university lacking. Apart from that all the facilities shown in the website are available. For example i saw a review stating there is no horse ridding, but i would like to clarify that the university has 5 horses which have taken part in several competitions and the horse riding lessons are carried out 6 AM in the morning, VIGILANCE OFFICERS for those who don't know what they are- They are like the police of the University. Me and our friends have never had any problems with the vigilance. If you are a regular rule breaker then be prepared for them. Abide by the University rules and they'll let you be. SCHOOL OF COMPUTER SCIENCE I cannot speak on behalf of other departments since i belong to the computer science department, hence ill say somethings about our own department. The computer science departments (I believe) is by far one of the best departments in the university. Our dean and HOD are very supportive. Recently the ACMICPC Nationals was held in Hindustan University which is the biggest coding competition in the world. We also have programming and testing club in partnership with codechef and codetrust. Codetrust employs the club members are freelancers. The other club under the department are novelty and Android Club.

College is good in many aspects like it provides facilities like Incubator where you pitch your business ideas to a full fledged startup(You are mentored too) , Horse Riding Club etc Hostel is kinda of not so good and it is really overpriced.Teachers too are I don't know why are so reluctant to teach(APART from some really awesome ones).
