NIT Trichy is a very interesting college with lots of opportunities. The campus is very big and equipped. Teaching is average and there are a lot of extra activities in which students are involved. The hostel mess serves food which can be consumed by humans.

This college has given me some of my best memories in just 2 years. There are various activities happening in NIT Trichy apart from just academics. There are various clubs here that help us improve our skills in a particular field. I have always been interested in robotics, and in my first year itself, got the experience of building a bot. It was the first step in pursuing my interests. Also, the various college fests of NIT Trichy help us learn team building and organization. In all, the best reasons to study in NIT is because of all the opportunities available in the campus.

Pros it's a Hub of education.Wonderful to be apart of such agreat institution.in terms of education facilities it is one of the best college. Several times ranked higher than IITs. Cons mess food- not as per standards. Horrible power cuts. With new director coming hope for the betterment. Advice to Management they should tell students about Placement status in their college... as most of the ppl of college itself doesn';t knw about their college highest n avg packages

The amount of exposure that you could get in national institute of technology, trichirapalli, cant be got elsewhere. There is a club for all of your interests. If you love dance, there you go. Music? fine we have that too...but yoga? believe it or not we have that too. There are really no boundaries in this college.

NIT Trichy is one of the best places to learn Chemical Engineering in India. It's a lot of fun experimenting and learning. Our curriculum is framed such that we have a lot of projects to do every semester for every subject. My friends here are also enthusiastic and we participate in a lot of competitions, inside and outside college. The college is encouraging and we have a lot of clubs that help us explore activities outside curriculum also.
