Academics – Review (200+ characters) > I completed my B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at this college. The course covered important theoretical concepts and practical laboratory sessions related to the field. The curriculum helped me develop technical knowledge and a basic understanding of industrial processes. The teaching methods and academic support helped me understand the subjects. However, more industry-oriented training, updated curriculum content and practical exposure would further improve students' job readiness.

There were fewer companies visiting the campus, and the number of job opportunities available to students was low. The placement support and industry exposure were not sufficient. More companies, better training, internships and regular recruitment drives are needed to improve the placement opportunities for students.

Value for Money – Very Poor > Considering the overall academic experience, infrastructure, placement opportunities and career support, I feel the value for money was low. Although the course provided the basic academic knowledge, the practical exposure, industry interaction and placement opportunities were limited. More industry-oriented training, better facilities and stronger placement support would have made the fees more worthwhile.

Our college has excellent infrastructure classrooms with smart boards and WiFi. Well equipped labs and resourceful library and good sports facilities. All are well maintained and actively used. Hostel spaces are clean and the food served is hygienic and satisfactory.

I completed my BE in CSE driven by interest in data and machine learning. Teaching quality was good with approachable faculty covering practical applications. The curriculum was well updated covering current industry trends like ML and data analysis.

They offer good guidance for placements. Many students have been placed with outstanding offers. The placements are good for both technical and non-technical roles. I’ve scored an internship as a business analyst in my final year itself.

I completed my BE in CSE and it cost around 10 lakhs. If you put in the work, along with resources offered at the university the cost is well worth it. They help in both placements and higher studies too.

College has great infra, especially for specialization block. Specialization students have access class rooms, good spec monitors for each student, high tech robotics, aiml, development labs. Regular cse, IT and ece, eee etc have good infra, no ac or sytems in the classroom but access to labs is provided.

Good syllabus that is revised regularly. Teachers put in considerable effort to help students out. Course material is easy and can be covered by average students as well. Central library available, it has a lot of books on all computing subjects.

Top companies like Amazon, jpmc, workday, natwest, oracle come with high packages from 15-45 lpa. A lot of service companies like accenture, infosys, tcs, hcl, cognizant, wipro frequently appear and pick a large number of students. Although service company packages are less than 10 lpa. Start up companies also appear with a range of packages.

The placements at sathyabama alone ensure a good value for money. Every year over 90% of the students are placed. The freedom and infra also make up for a lot.

Great campus with great infrastructure. there's a lot of greenery everywhere. the labs are facilitated with all kinds of components and the classroms are also well lit and ventilated. the campus is very big and has various departments.

the staff is great with all of them being very supporting about placements and projects. they help and guide with things apart from academic doubts as well. they are well learnt and are able to explain concepts very well.

placements are great with almost 80 to 90 percent students getting placed and others moving to higher studies. overall a lot of product based, core and it companies come for placements and recruit for internships as well.

as an ece department student, the fees was completely worth it and all the lab facilities and food and academia is taken care in the college. the notebook and all are inclueded in the college fees and are totally worth it.
