Good infrastructure providing systems, good classrooms, busses, food, books, water, labs, structured classrooms, well disciplined faculty, good staff, hospitals for heath checkup for the students who are facing heath issues.

Structured learning, time wise exams, expertised staff and faculty, different labs for to gain the practical knowledge, good co-ordination between the faculty and the students, well struructed plan for the students.

Placemets are very well and based on the performances of the students they are placing. Well struructed placement trainings will be scheduled and giving proper training with the seperate staff for the placements.

The infrastructure at sathyabama institute of science and technology is improving year by year, and I have personally seen many positive changes from my first year till now. The college has a dedicated building mainly focuses on CSE student with specialization where the facilities are more advanced compared to other blocks and we call it advance block. The library environment is good and student can concentrate well. However the seating area can be improved and installing AC in library would make it more comfortable especially during chennai Summer. Hostel facility are safe, strict and maintained good with regular room cleaning. Internet connectivity in some rooms is weak and should be improved with better wifi access. Providing water cooler on every floor would also help students a lot. The food is one of the best part of the college and much better compared to other universities the hygiene and maintenance is good but it can be improved further. Earlier there were water leakage issue during the heavy rains but the management has improved the situation now . Overall the infrastructure and facilities are good and continuously developing

The academic experience is good overall the teaching quality is good and the faculty members are supportive and helpful towards the students. Professors encourage students to participate in project, coding activities, and practical learning which help in improving technical knowledge and conference. The curriculum is updated with current technology and industrial trend, making students more aware of real world requirements the exam and assignment are manageable and students students can perform well if they stay consistent with their studies. The course definitely help students become job ready but students also need to invest personal time in improving their skills and building a strong profile for better career opportunities. One improvement i think is having more hands-on session inside the classroom instead of depending mostly on theory knowledge. Overall the academics are good and continuously improving

Placement are good and continuously improving every year. Many companies visit the campus for CSE and specialized students providing opportunities in different technical domain the avg ctc is 4.5 lpa according to the current trend and students with strong skill and project and good profile can secure better opportunity. The college provides placement training which help students to prepare for recruitment. However the can be improved by providing the structured by conducting more mock interview and practice training session improved confidence in students at the same time student should also invest personal time in improving their technical skills. One improvement that can be made is providing proper placement timetable and company visiting calendar in advance so students can prepare better for upcoming drives. Overall the placement opportunities are improving steadily and student who actively work on their skills can achive good results

It is good value for money compared to many Universities. The course fee may fell slightly high but the college offers good infrastructure supportive facility,best mess food ,club, project exposure and placement opportunities which make overall experience worthy and value for money. But management also continuously improving in all way so that they can provide more and mores better opportunity for students.

Campus Life is one of the best parts of the college experience. Students can enjoy a fun and memorable college life with many clubs cultural technical event start up activity and fests that happens in a year. The campus atmosphere is good and student are friendly and student building friendship and gain exposure beyond academics. The hostel life is also enjoyable and safe. The college encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities, project and competition which help in overall personality development overall the campus has good vibes and student can create many unforgettable during their college life

I belong to the 2021–2025 batch from the Data Science department. The placement opportunities in our course were decent, with many students getting opportunities in IT, analytics, and software-related roles. Around 70–80% of students from our course were placed through campus recruitment and referrals. The highest package offered was around 8 LPA, the average package ranged between 3.5–5 LPA, and the lowest package was around 2.5 LPA. Companies related to software development, analytics, testing, and IT services participated in the recruitment process. A good number of students also secured internships in domains such as Data Science, Software Development, Testing, and Web Technologies through college support and personal efforts.

The infrastructure and facilities provided for the Data Science department were good and supported both academic and practical learning. The classrooms were well maintained with proper seating and presentation facilities. The department had access to computer labs with internet connectivity and the required software tools for programming, analytics, and project work. The library contained useful academic books, journals, and digital resources related to Computer Science, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, which helped students during assignments and project development. The hostel facilities were satisfactory, with basic amenities available for students. The quality of food in the mess and canteen was decent and manageable for daily needs. Medical facilities were available within the campus for emergencies and basic healthcare support. The college also encouraged extracurricular activities by providing facilities for sports and games, allowing students to participate in indoor and outdoor activities along with academics.

The faculty members in the department were generally helpful, qualified, and supportive throughout the course. Most professors had good subject knowledge and guided students effectively in academics, projects, and technical activities. Overall, I would say the course offered good value for money considering the academic exposure, infrastructure, and learning opportunities provided by the institution. The curriculum covered important and industry-relevant topics related to Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, programming, analytics, and software development, which helped students build a strong technical foundation. The faculty members were supportive and guided students in academics, projects, and skill development activities. In terms of placements, students received opportunities in IT, software, analytics, and testing domains through campus recruitment and external internships. Curriculum is being revised based on industry standards always. I did BE CSE . Quality of teaching is good and interactive. Placement training,workshops,IV and industry mentor sessions make us job ready .

So many core companies came. For 2026 batch sathyabama has 3633+ offers 91% students are placed overall college Highest - 41 L and lowest 5LPA Placement process was challenging,every company had different expectations. When i felt i wanted to give up,college did push me a lot to keep attending and not to loose hope

Though fee is little expensive,worth it for placements I paid totally 11L for 4 years BE CSE

Great life lessons. Survival amongst different cultures,opinions etc Staffs were supportive, heard us and pushed us. Friends obivously gained and lost a few in the journey

The placement is good and they more provide more test which is useful for attending the interview and it is useful for the students and the package is also nice. But more IT companies are coming, kindly provide biotech companies also, kindly do the needful

Infrastructure is good with all basic facilities and equipments needed. Wi-fi in labs,libraries are working properly..Living spaces are clean and the food is good,clean and hygienic and proper to eat.

With respect to academics , the faculty are well-experienced in bringing the foundation to students on aspects of subjects. But they can change the curriculum to make it more hands-on to students.....

Placements are quite good and organized. College brings a lot of companies and in our batch we have around 3615 offers as far as april 2026 stats and good exposure is given to students and in many sectors.

I have paid around 1.5 lakhs per year for ECE and the fees i paid is worth for the engineering life i got .But i have heard that fees has now increased. My suggestion is consult other college fees and then proceed with this as what i feel is its a bit costly for middle-class to afford the money.

Students are allowed to enroll in various student chapters and clubs. Various inter-college events occur and especially culturals-a fun and memorable event one can cherish when they join sathyabama.
