Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) continued to offer the highest average package, increasing from Rs 52.32 LPA in 2024 to Rs 53.2 LPA in 2025, while Engineering Physics recorded one of the most significant improvements, rising sharply from Rs 20.39 LPA to Rs 34.1 LPA, an increase of about 67.2%. Among the core engineering branches, Electrical Engineering saw its average package increase from Rs 27.28 LPA to Rs 28.8 LPA (up by around 5.6%), while Aerospace Engineering improved from Rs 16.08 LPA to Rs 17.1 LPA (up by 6.3%). 

However, a few branches experienced a decline in average salaries. Mechanical Engineering fell from Rs 18.5 LPA to Rs 16.9 LPA. Civil Engineering remained largely stable, with the average package moving slightly from Rs 17.73 LPA to Rs 17.5 LPA.
