See having a degree from nift after 12th is great but it's not everything that you will give you a good job . Try to do 4 years course from nift rather than diploma . I hope you are understanding what I am saying . Because in the current situation where unemployment rate is so high so it would be great if you have a better degree than a Diploma if 2 years.  I hope this was helpful

As you mention that you want to take one year course in fashion designing through NIFT is so you can do one year diploma course in fashion designing or technology from NIFT it is the one year course and the eligibility for this course is candidate have to pass the 10 + 2..
