The exact prediction would be difficult as cutoff varies every year depending on the factors such as Difficulty level of the exam, No. of applicant appeared for the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.

The first round of counseling will start in the last week of May, 2019 for BDes and BFTech courses. This happens after the situation test which is comducted for BDes courses. For BFTech admissions you dont have to appear for the situation test. On the basis of this situation test, you get a call letter for BDes course. Finally, the counseling rounds take place where you have to appear in the institute with all your required documents and you’ll be able to confirm your admission in the campuses they give you a choice from. 

You have borderline chances of securing a seat in some of the campuses of National Institute of Fashion Technology based on the course that you wish to pursue.

First of all congratulations for securing such a good rank in NIFT entrance exam. According to the previous year cut off there are High chances that you might get a seat in the college. However the cut off is subject to change with respect to the difficulty level of the question paper and the performance of other students this year. Hello, your admission in NIFT Delhi for MFM course might be possible if you wait till the last round because the last year closing common merit rank for ST students was (286). You mightn't get the seat in first round but you might get it in the final minute of final round.
