NIFT offers Sarthak NIFT Financial Assistance Scheme to the students of NIFT fulfilling prescribed criteria. There are some criteria to be eligible for this scholarship. There is no hostel for boys in NIFT Delhi , it is only for first year female student which would cost them around 1,10000 rupee per annum including all charges except mess charges, and if it is about boys so they can live in hostels/PG near to the college which would cost you around from 7,500 - 19,500 per month depending upon the location and facilities you get.

Candidates who are under Sarthak Scheme receiving more than 25% financial assistance are eligible.Your parent's annual income must be less than 4 lakhs.You need to submit the application form in the prescribed format along with supporting documents and other documents required submit it in your respective department of your campus.A committee will verify your details and you will be given the loan amount and you need to purchase a laptop within three weeks from the date of releasing of loan amount if you fail to do so you will be charged penal interest.

There are guidelines candidates need to follow to avail the benefits of interest free loan who are under Sarthak Scheme.Candidates who are availing more than 25% financial assistance under this scheme are eligible.For undergraduates parent's annual income must not be more than 4 lakhs for postgraduates the parent's annual income must not be above 2.5 lakhs.The loan amount will be deduced from the subsidy amount.Candidates who are eligible under this scheme will get grant up to 70,000.

Hostel rooms in NIFT are available in both AC and Non AC format. As per last year, hostel fee for AC room is around INR 37,500 and INR 34,500 per annum. Security deposit amount INR 2,500 which is refundable.
