The Rajarajeswari Dental College campus incorporates comfortable accommodations for outstation students in the form of separate Boys' Hostels. The hostels offer hygienic, tasty food in the attached mess halls and the hostels are under the care of full-time wardens who are responsible for maintaining and monitoring them. Each hostel provides dish-connected TVs for students to enjoy their favorite programs. A P.G. Hostel is fast nearing completion.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

A fully equipped Multi-Gym is provided inside the campus. All the latest equipment is available for Staff and Students.

The college Library has an air-conditioned facility with over 6000 volumes related to the subject matter of dentistry. The library also subscribes to over 90 national and international journals to help students keep abreast of advances in the field. Through Helinet, students can access the arrangement of E-journals. Additionally, students have open access to the vast library (over 45,000 sq. ft. area) at Rajarajeswari Dental College.

Outdoor games such as Cricket, football, shuttle, volleyball and throw ball can be played in the playground situated inside the campus. Our teams have participated in many tournaments inside and outside Bangalore and have won many prizes. The 350-seater auditorium provides ample opportunity for our staff and students to exhibit their talents in cultural activities. It is fitted with a state-of-the-art audio-visual system
