The college provides different MD (Doctor of Medicine) courses, i.e., General Medicine, Radiodiagnosis, Paediatrics, Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy, Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, Psychiatry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Social Preventive and Community Medicine, Physiology, Anaesthesiology, Anatomy, and Pharmacology. All the Santhiram Medical College and General Hospital admissions to MD courses are done through the NEET-PG entrance exam. Each specialisation has varying seats from 1 to 7 seats.
Santhiram Medical College provides MS (Master of Surgery) courses in some specialisations like orthopaedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, and ENT. Santhiram Medical College and General Hospital admission to MS courses is similar to MD courses based on NEET-PG ranks.
