MBBS: MBBS is the flagship program of Santhiram Medical College with an approved strength of 150 seats. MD Courses: The college provides different MD (Doctor of Medicine) courses, i.e., General Medicine, Radiodiagnosis, Anaesthesiology, Paediatrics, Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy, Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, Psychiatry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Social Preventive and Community Medicine, Physiology, Anatomy, and Pharmacology. All the admissions to MD courses are done through the NEET-PG entrance exam. Each specialization has varying seats from 1 to 7 seats.

MS Courses: Santhiram Medical College provides MS (Master of Surgery) courses in some specializations like Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and ENT.
