Check out these both link for all related information about the Delhi CET, commonly known as 12th based CET Exam: - https://engineering.careers360.com/exams/delhi-cet - https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/delhi-cet
The Delhi CET 2025 Test-III covers the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/biology subjects based on the CBSE class 11th and 12th syllabus. Make your basics strong and cover all important topics.
For admission into BBA, B.Tech, BA LLB, and other undergraduate and postgraduate courses at GITAM, candidates must either appear for the GITAM GAT or apply through national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main or CUET, depending on the course. The application fee for the GITAM GAT is rupees one thousand two hundred per group , and rupees two thousand four hundred if applying for two test groups.
The BA LLB syllabus includes a combination of law, social sciences, English, and core legal subjects , along with internships and clinical papers spread across ten semesters .
Hello Aspirant,
For NEET Syllabus you need to consider Biology of both classes i.e. class 11 and class 12.
Class 11 Biology:
Diversity of Living Organisms
What is living, biodiversity, classification & taxonomy, five-kingdom system, salient features of major plant & animal groups .
Structural Organization in Plants & Animals
Plant morphology (root, stem, leaf, inflorescence, flower, fruit, seed) & animal tissues and organ systems (digestive, circulatory, respiratory, nervous, reproductive) .
Cell Structure and Function
Cell theory, prokaryotic vs. eukaryotic cells, organelles, cell division (mitosis & meiosis) .
Plant Physiology
Photosynthesis, respiration, plant growth and development processes .
Human Physiology
Body fluids, circulation, respiration, excretion, locomotion, neural & chemical coordination
Class 12 Biology:
Reproduction
Human & plant reproductive systems, reproductive health, developmental biology .
Genetics and Evolution
Principles of inheritance, molecular basis (DNA, RNA, replication, transcription, translation), evolution theories, gene expression .
Biology and Human Welfare
Diseases & immunity (common human pathogens), microbes in food, industry, environment; basic immunology .
Biotechnology and Its Applications
Recombinant DNA technology, cloning, GMOs, biosafety, biofertilizers, vaccines, gene therapy .
Ecology and Environment
Ecosystem structure, energy flow, biodiversity, conservation, pollution, ecological succession, environmental issues.
Certain topics have been removed from NCERT and thus excluded from the NEET 2026 syllabus:
Class 11: Mineral Nutrition, Transport in Plants, Digestion & Absorption, Taxonomic Aids, Vernalization & Seed Dormancy, Sense Organs
Class 12: Reproduction in Organisms, Improvement in Food Production, Environmental Issues, Succession.
All the best for your preparation.
Hello,
For JEE Mains preparation, selecting appropriate books that match the current syllabus is crucial for efficient study. Start with NCERT textbooks for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Class 11 and 12), since they establish the base and are essential for understanding concepts and theories.
H.C. Verma’s Concepts of Physics Volumes I & II, along with D.C. Pandey’s series, are strongly suggested for grasping concepts and solving practice problems in Physics. In Chemistry, the books by O.P. Tandon for Physical and Organic Chemistry, as well as J.D. Lee for Inorganic Chemistry, are favored selections among candidates.
For Mathematics, R.D. Sharma’s Objective Mathematics and texts such as Higher Algebra by Hall and Knight or Calculus by I.A. Maron are excellent for practicing JEE-level questions. These books encompass the current JEE syllabus while providing a solid combination of theory, solved examples, and practice problems. Consistently enhance your preparation with past years' question papers and practice tests to strengthen exam confidence.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Hello aspirant,
Aspirants preparing to take the AIIMS paramedical exam should be aware with the AIIMS paramedical syllabus 2025. The cornerstone of success is the AIIMS paramedical curriculum. All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Delhi will administer the AIIMS paramedical test in order to select applicants for the paramedical programs that AIIMS campuses across India provide.

Thank you
You're starting your JEE preparation with limited time and no proper guidance which is common but manageable if you stay consistent and follow a smart plan. Since you have 1 hour 15 minutes in the morning and 4 hours in the evening the key is to focus on both class 11 and class 12 syllabi together because JEE Main includes questions from both years.
In physics focus on mechanics thermodynamics and waves from class 11 and current electricity magnetism electrostatics optics and modern physics from class 12. These chapters carry high weightage and form the base for many other topics. In chemistry study mole concept chemical bonding thermodynamics and equilibrium from class 11. From class 12 focus on electrochemistry chemical kinetics coordination compounds aldehydes ketones and biomolecules. For maths start with trigonometry quadratic equations sequences and series and permutations and combinations from class 11. From class 12 focus on calculus vectors and 3D geometry probability and matrices.
Use your morning time from 530 am to 645 am for revision solving previously covered questions and going through error logs or flashcards. This time is best used for light but effective work like quick question-solving and recalling formulas. In the evening from 7 pm to 11 pm spend the first hour reading theory from one subject then spend 45 minutes solving questions from that chapter. After a short 15 minute break use the next hour for previous year questions and mock test practice. In the last 45 minutes watch explanation videos in Telugu for any doubts or difficult concepts and then plan what to study the next day.
Do not waste time switching between too many sources. Stick to ncert for chemistry and practice as many questions as you can. Solve at least 10 years of previous papers and keep an error notebook to track mistakes.
For the JEE Main 2025–26 academic year, the syllabus has been rationalised in line with NCERT textbook changes. So yes, certain topics have been officially deleted and won't be asked in the exam.
In Physics, topics like communication systems, some detailed portions of thermodynamics (like the Carnot engine), and advanced concepts in waves, Doppler effect, and resonance have been removed. A few parts of kinematics involving vector products have also been taken out.
In Chemistry, chapters like surface chemistry, environmental chemistry, polymers, chemistry in everyday life, hydrogen, s-block elements, and metallurgy (extraction of metals) have been deleted. Some atomic structure and gas laws sections were trimmed too.
In Mathematics, topics such as mathematical reasoning, statistics, some parts of vector algebra and 3D geometry, principle of mathematical induction, and certain portions of the binomial theorem have been dropped.
If you're preparing for JEE, it's a smart move to stick to the updated NCERT textbooks and official NTA syllabus.

Hello Sahil,
No, the AIIMS Paramedical entrance exam is generally based upon the Class 11 and 12 NCERT syllabus so if the topic has been officially deleted from the most recent NCERT textbooks it is likely exam acceptable. That being said, it is still advisable to look at the official syllabus for the exam each session as some questions will reference previous versions or foundational ideas.
The Question containing Inaapropriate or Abusive Words
Question lacks the basic details making it difficult to answer
Topic Tagged to the Question are not relevant to Question
Question drives traffic to external sites for promotional or commercial purposes
