let me tell you one clear cut thing that if you want to get selected in a reputated government college then  you have to sacrifice your sleep and you have yo manage your valuable time like if you eat in 50 mints then you should try to eat the same food within 25-30 minutes then in rest of time either you can take a nap to energies your brain or you can revise your subjects.

if you are going to face your exam and you are not taking the coaching then you might face trouble during your entrence. but you have a option that you can drop a year for your entrance but 12th marks is important for participating in entrance minimum 60% should be in your marksheet for applying in entrance. I'll suggest you to focus in your school exam right now and then take a drop yaer and cllear your entrance.

As you know the syllabus of UPSC is not of some pages. As i don't know your coaching time but let me assume it lets think that your coaching starts from 10am to 5pm then you can do your self study from 7pm to 8pm then make your dinner(if you are living in hostel or in rental room alone) if there is your family member who cooks food for you then study for 8pm to 10pm then have dinner and take a brake from 10:55 then prepare your next subject for studing and then start study from 10pm to 1am then sleep. In morning wake up at 7 am then revised ones what you study earlier then get fresh and start studying till 9 then go for your coaching class.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to prepare for banking exams, RRB, etc. and UPSC simultaneously, because the syllabus is different. But you can prepare for state pcs exams, SSC and few others and UPSC simultaneously. Mathematics portion in these exams has a higher level than that of UPSC, but the rest of syllabus overlaps. But if you prepare for these exams simultaneously, then you will have to devote more time and efforts.

There are many coaching that provide UPSC coaching. Some of them are: VisionIAS, Vajiram & Ravi, Forum IAS, Drishti, etc. Candidates are more attracted towards VisionIAS and Vajiram & Ravi.
