Hello,
To cancel the seat you have to fill the Cancellation Letter given in Annexure X in Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Information Brochure. You have to submit the cancellation letter in the allotted institute and the institute will forward the letter to the competent authority. You have to cancel the admission before the cut off date specified, if you cancel the seat after the cut off date you have to pay a penalty of Rs. 3,00,000. As you know in order to get into MBBS one has to crack the various netional level and state level exams. The course for MBBS and nursing are not the same and one cannot get a lateral entry like that. The candidate must go through the entrance process and get qualified in order to get into MBBS.
