Yes you will be eligible for doing ba ,for ba your marks of mathematics does not matter at all because in ba you will not have maths so clearly it doesn't matter.but now many good universities has closed its admission process ,only a few with distance mode option are remaining so apply there

Yes, you can pursue Psychology even if you didn't had Psychology in your class XII education.
Graduation or getting a degree in psychology can be done through two different modes. Either you can pursue Bachelor of Science or BSc Psychology or as Bachelor of Arts or BA Psychology. BA Psychology is a 3-year full-time under-graduation program that includes the study of mind and behaviours.
Here are few points regarding eligibility for undergraduation in psychology -
• Candidates from all streams can pursue psychology courses.
• Candidates who have completed 10+2 from a recognized board of education are eligible with a prerequisite that they have scored at least 55% marks.
• Additional eligibility criteria may also be mentioned by a few colleges during admission.
• Merit-based admissions or admissions through entrance exams are decided by the specific colleges.
Few entrance examinations for admission in top colleges for graduation in psychology are as following-
• MET - Manipal Entrance Test
• BHU UGET - Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Test
• DUET - Delhi University Entrance Test
• CUCET- Central Universities Common Entrance Test

According to the instructions, one can only combine marksheets for CBSE boards subjects only.
You can follow the instructions below for getting a combined marksheet for CBSE
Students must go to the university website and apply for the consolidated marksheet there. Alternatively, they might go directly to the university and apply. Students who want to obtain their consolidated marksheet from the university must present a copy of their admit card as well as verification of their college ID.
You cannot combine marksheet for NIOS and CBSE subjects.

The merit marks in class 12 board exams are usually made and calculated with the help of top-five scoring subjects so if you have physical education as an optional subject it will get counted if it has more marks than some other subject as mentioned above.
Hope you are doing fine!
In class 12th, results are considered on the basis of best of 4, which means 4 subjects with highest marks are calculated for the result. So if you get good marks in physical education, you can easily consider that. You don't need to calculate IP, but you have to score passing marks in all the subjects.
