Hello,
Okay you want to appear next year in JEE Mains. Which is a big decision because you want to drop one year. Think twice dear, because if you want to join engineering then after completing your BTech you have not appear so many companies because of your education gap. Because in placement so many companies wants fresh candidate not a candidate including gap. So this is a huge problem I'll tell you.
Now if you determine that you want to go for drop and get very good marks and join NITs or IITs or very good government college then you can apply for 2nd time. For this reason you have to study all your NCERT books for mathematics physics and chemistry. You can download the syllabus and print out and marks it whenever your chapter is completed. Then you can go study by yourself self also. But remember every time note down the important thing. You can join coaching classes but you have to study by yourself. Otherwise you can't get good marks. You can give mocktest. You can practice previous year question. I'll provide you a link below you can check it for more details about the mocktest

For neet you need be thorough with ncert.
Some question come apart from ncert also... For that you can refer online study module of aakash and Allen...
1st read the ncert concept.. Then aakash and Allen study module. Complete 1 lesson this way and then attend a online test from any website.
If you find any concept difficult you can opt YouTube channel like vedantu bio tonic, unacademy.
After you complete 1st and 2nd pu portion start previous year papers and mock test
You have 1 year time you can solve more papers..
Good luck for neet 2022
Yeah! You have to cover up the 11 th syllabus but not first. You should prepare your 10+2 syllabus as well as the 11th syllabus in parallel. You have reduced time so now you need to be very much sincere. Practicing problems and mock test is must. You can opt for online coaching or mock series which can be a great option in your preparation. Also you should study from the correct books. Study the 10+2 syllabus in such a way that it gets covered with the boards syllabus and prepare the 11th syllabus as it is bounded only for NEET.
