Admission for January session of this year for IGNOU got over, next comes the registration for July session in which you can enroll in MCA, from last year onwards IGNOU have allowed final year students to apply for higher studies on provisional basis, hence if you're in final year of BCA you can apply provided you will be able to show the proof of the passing examination within the prescribed time as set by the authority, and as far as July session admission is concerned, there is no official notification released so it's difficult to provide you exact details as in the commencement of registration, it might get started next month that is June, but in order to know the exact details you can stay updated at ignou.ac.in for latest information regarding this.

Generally IGNOU conducts entrance test for BEd twice a year, but since last year due to covid pandemic the entire academic cycle was impacted in the form of delay, this year it was conducted on 11th April for which the results aren't announced yet, anyway the usual schedule is January and July session for BEd entrance test session but as I said due to pandemic it has been affected, so stay updated at ignou,ac.in for latest updates regarding upcoming BEd exam of IGNOU.

Visit at https://admission.ignou.ac.in/changeadmdata/admissionstatusnew.asp, enter login credentials such as enrollment number, programme code, and submit the details, you will be directed to a page where you will find all the important details and one such is admission year and it will clearly specify the session and the year in which you have taken admission, so accordingly you can make assessment when you  have to submit assignments or appear for TEE exam, if your course is semester-wise then you have to do the above mentioned work twice a year with a gap of six months, if it's annual course then once a year you will be required to submit assignments and appear for TEE.

First of all IGNOU is a recognized university, so definitely the degree it offers is valid and you can go ahead with your higher studies after passing out from IGNOU, you can pursue BEd and appear for CTET or state TETs, or you can qualify UGC NET to become lecturer, even state SETs for that matter, other than this you are eligible for government job exams as well such as UPSC, SSC CGL, State PSCs, IBPS PO/Clerk, IBPS RRB PO/Office Assistant, Insurance exams for the post of assistant or AAO for which the eligibility criteria is passed graduation  in any discipline from a recognized university, in certain exams like RBI Assistant / NABARD Grade B Officer 50% aggregate is compulsory unlike other exams mentioned above, RBI Grade B Officer demands 60% aggregate, apart from this there are also specialist posts for language graduates/post-graduates which you can apply for, so there are numerous opportunities for you, subscribe to job portals and as per your preference you can apply for the jobs.

First of all the entrance test of BEd conducted by IGNOU is a national level one, it's not released separately for each state, so once NTA which is the conducting authority regarding IGNOU BEd Exam releases application form you can go ahead and fill it if you fulfill the eligibility criteria which is as follows;

• Passed graduation or post-graduation in the field of science/humanities/social science/commerce with 50% aggregate(there is relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD) or BTech/BE having specialization in science and mathematics securing 55% aggregate are also eligible
• Trained in-service teachers in elementary education
• Completed NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode

The entrance test is generally conducted twice a year, for this year application form released on 2nd March, and exam was conducted on 11th April, the results are yet to be out, if you want to appear for the upcoming session then prepare well for the exam as it's highly competitive one, and stay updated at ignou.ac.in regarding the next admission schedule.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that for to be eligible for mca for ignour you just need to have 3 years of bachelors since you you have done masters IT then you are definately eligible for mca too .Ignou offers three year course in mca and forms of intake of july session 2021 are not released yet .The fees is around 40000 for the whole course
