candidate who are seeking admission in IGNOU for various under graduate courses, post graduate courses or diploma courses now can apply till september 30 , 2020 , the fresh last date for registration is 30, september 2020. earlier it used to be june 6, 2020 but now it has been changed.

Generally the course fees or prices in Career360 website is for total course basis. Where it says annually then course fees is for 1 year. Or where it says "per semester "then course fees is for 6 months.

The term end exam to be conducted in this month of September for IGNOU is only for final year students of graduation, postgraduation programs and those who have backlog papers, for other candidates their term end exam will happen in the month of December for which you can stay updated at ignou.ac.in

For appearing in the CAT examination which is a common admission test for management education specially admission in the 6 management institutions  of India.

The eligibility of appearing this CAT examination One has to complete graduation of 3years with 50% marks at least in the aggregate

So your degree of one year certificate course of BCom for finance and accounts will not be eligible for appearing in CAT examination in India.

It will be released on 14th September 2020 (delayed). IGNOU hall ticket download process is available for candidates to log into their IGNOU registration log in the window by using their 9-digit enrollment number and selecting the respective programme they have registered for. On the examination day, candidates must carry the hard copy of their ignou.ac.in hall ticket to prove their authenticity.
