First of all it takes one month or more for IGNOU to announce the results as there are so many courses at ug, pg,certificate, diploma, PG diploma level so many a times it happens candidates get to know about the results of two papers in earlier time and rest of the others take time to show results, for June TEE results usually appear by August, so if we go by this then by November results should have been out, but then due to covid things might get delayed as well, there is no such confirmation as well made by the officials regarding this, but to answer your second question, yes irrespective of covid or anything, a student always gets opportunity to clear his or her paper in the next TEE, so if you couldn't clear your paper, you can still appear in December TEE for it.

First do let me know, does IGNOU offer's books or you need to buy books form nearby book stalls?  Now, if the IGNOU is providing books then it takes some time to provide books as they need to get printed books for many of the students, as we all know we are in pandemic situation, timings are limited and the working hours are limited. So, may be they are getting troubled in printing books. So before the end of November or  this year you will receive books. As IGNOU has no official news in its website

Now, if you want to purchase books from nearby stall, they may get anytime. Do visit the stall and ask them for books and do ask where will they arrive if they don't have.

Generally the course fees or prices in Career360 website is for total course basis. Where it says annually then course fees is for 1 year. Or where it says "per semester "then course fees is for 6 months.
