Other charges , like establishment (Rs 2,200 per annum), mess (Rs 3,000 per month ) and annual fees (Rs 300) remain the same. hope that it will be helpful to you.
Thanks and regards
Hello,
Revised hostel charges for JNU students are Rs 3,600 per annum (for students from below-poverty-line families, the revised annual charges are Rs 1,800).
I hope this will help you.
All the best!!
Hello,
The answer is "No". JNU doesn't have any age limit for its entrance examinations. Students from different age groups can appear the entrance examination and study at JNU.
You can check the eligibility criteria for each course at:

Hope this helps!!!
There is no special trick to it. You just need to know the types of questions asked in JNU entrance exam.
Learn about culture, art, history, literature of the countries where these languages are spoken.
First thing you need to decide is the languages you are trying to get into. After that you need to prepare accordingly.
You can select maximum of three languages from below groups(called cluster).
Japanese, Chinese, Korean
Spanish, french, Russian, German
Arabic, Persian, Pushto
You can select three languages(maximum two from 1 group).
Suppose one of the languages you selected is Japanese. Then you need to learn about Japanese culture, art, literature, music, drama, script, etc. And same goes with other languages.
Generally there are more questions related to Japan and China if you select any languages from that group(cluster.)
Manorama year book is really helpful. Learn ‘Who is who’ segment from this book for sure.
You also need to work on English. Generally they ask article, preposition, verb.
You should be updated with the recent things as there will be a paragraph for any recent issue. for eg last year they asked to write about Demonetization.
Feel free to ask me in the comment box if you are having any further doubts
hope you find it helpful
Good Luck!
Hai,
Due to the wide syllabus, students get confused from where they need to start preparation. This confusion may leads to stress. So try to find some useful books that contains previous years solved question papers.
It will provide you the idea about the examination but also let you know about the difficulty level of question paper. You can download the study materials from internet as well.
Previous year question papers will be also good for exam preparations. It will help candidates to get familiarize with the exam pattern.
Hi,
I would like to inform you that JNU isn't any NIT or IIT and the admissions for B tech couses in JNU isn't done through JOSAA counselling. The main criteria is the merit list of 10+2. Also the JEE MAIN marks are also considered along with the merit list.
I hope this will solve your query.
Hi Sourabh,
It is not clear from your question that you are asking for JNU Jaipur or Delhi. As you are from delhi, I am considering it to be JNU Delhi. The available courses in JNU Delhi for a commerce students are as follows:-

Thank You.
The labs are well maintained and have good wifi connections. The classrooms are also in good condition and have projectors. The hostel rooms are decent and have average wifi connections. The mess food is good, and there are sports clubs for those who want to participate in physical activities.
The college offers basic facilities, just enough for a simple college life. There is no Wi-Fi connection in the college or hostels. The mess food is decent but not exceptional. The college has good medical facilities, with a hospital located nearby. The sports facilities are in decent condition.
The facilities offered in our college, like Wi-Fi and classrooms, are not up to par. Wi-Fi is not provided with unlimited data per student. Classrooms are small and not well-managed; it feels like we are sitting in a government school. Labs are also not properly managed. The library is good in comparison to everything else.
