Hey there!

I can help you with the admission process of JNU.

So the MBA course in the Jawaharlal Nehru University started in 2019 under its Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship. The program is a two year, full time integrated course that will help in developing the students into great general manager and entrepreneur.

So this year, the admissions will be based on the CAT percentile. The university will be calling students for their interviews based on their percentile. After the interview, the final decision will be made on the cumulative score of both CAT and the interview out of which the CAT score will hold 70% weightage and the personal Interview will hold 30% weightage.

So you have to give the CAT examination, then apply for the college and wait for its call.

All in all, your CAT score is very essential in the selection process.

Hope this helps.

Thank you, Godspeed.

Hello,

JNU is a research-based institution, and the students mostly get jobs in the private sectors. After pursuing MA in Geography, candidates may be placed in companies like Azim Premji Foundation, that primarily operates in Rajasthan and recruits educational functionaries at a district level, and PRADAN, which is short for Professional Assistance for Development Action.

Hope this helps!!!

Yes you can definitely get admission. Because Mathematics is not a compulsory subject required for B.Com (//B.Com) both plain and honors. So kindly apply to it without any hesitation. And also JNU is a good college so you will get a lot of learning there definitely.

All the Best!! Hope this helps!

Hello,

Placement details of JNU :

As such there is no any regular officially functional placement cell in JNU for foreign language students.very few of the private companies occasionally visit here for the recruitment process. yes this is true that through the web portal named SLL&CS a quasi-offcial website where updates regarding some job openings are announced, where most of them are JNU alumni or presently studying in JNU itself and working together.

According to some placement data there is 6.3lakh per annum salary package.

Career options after doing B.A(hons.) in foreign language.

1.- Career in MNCs like TCS,American Express, Oracle,GOOGLE,GENPACT etc as a translator ,interpreter, bilingual customer care representative etc.

2.- Career in tourism sector like flight stewards, cruise stewards, licensed govt. guide for international tourists, in hospitality department of renowned hotels etc.

3. -Career in govt. jobs like Cabinet secretariat, IB officers, RAW agents, translator, interpreter , central school teachers etc.

4. -Career in freelancing work of translator, tourist guide , interpreter , tutor etc.

5. -Career in Academics as foreign language teacher or professors

Thank you.

I think BHU is a grad level course while JNU offers only at Masters and Doctoral level courses (MSc, M.Phil and PhD in Environmental Sciences), so technically you can go for BOTH.

But given the choice JNU Environmental Sc has no match. This is because of

  1. Extensive exposure
  2. Established research groups and properly oriented labs
  3. In terms of financial expenditures
  4. Campus life etc

ALL THE BEST

Hey!

Delhi Technical University has not started applications form yet for the admission and same is for NSIT University . However, JNU has started the filling of application form for JNUEE 2020 and the last date to fill the form was extended till 30th June 2020.

Thank you

College Infrastructure

The college offers basic facilities, just enough for a simple college life. There is no Wi-Fi connection in the college or hostels. The mess food is decent but not exceptional. The college has good medical facilities, with a hospital located nearby. The sports facilities are in decent condition.

Good faculty

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

The facilities offered in our college, like Wi-Fi and classrooms, are not up to par. Wi-Fi is not provided with unlimited data per student. Classrooms are small and not well-managed; it feels like we are sitting in a government school. Labs are also not properly managed. The library is good in comparison to everything else.
