Govt. Polytechnic College offers comprehensive hostel facilities within the campus. We understand that most of our students have moved away from home for the first time, so we strive to make the transition as smooth as possible by offering comfortable, safe, and affordable hostel within the campus, by providing a homely atmosphere. Hostel A is an old hostel with a total intake capacity of 300 students. This Hostel is well maintained and equipped with all the modern facilities. An executive committee of the hostellers runs the day to day affairs of the hostel. Hostel B is a new hostel with a total intake capacity of 48 students. All Rooms in hostel A & B is 3 seaters. Our institution takes pains to give its students a neat and clean environment and a comfortable place to live in. The mess menu is decided by the students and a mess committee of the students looks after the mess related affairs. Our hostel has a dining hall and canteen, water cooler, RO Plant, a guest room. The mess provides a hygienic and balanced diet at reasonable rates. Entertainment facilities are provided in the form of an LED TV with DTH in the mess area. To keep students updated with current affairs, newspapers with Stands are also provided. There is a high-speed internet connection (24*7) is also available through wi-fi.

In the modern world of information explosion, an effective library and information service is a basic necessity. A library is a location on a site where you can create, collect, update, and manage files with team members. Each library displays a list of files and key information about the files, which helps people to use the files to work together. The library at this college is functioning to cater to the information needs of the academic community of the college. There are 7081 titles and 10951 volumes with 100 seating capacity available in the library.

In order to build up the proficiency of students in sports, our college takes pride in having 40% area allocated specifically for sports including indoor and outdoor activities. We have seven different grounds of Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Handball, Basketball, Volleyball and have 200 more. track.
