Boys Hostel
A home away from home', is the concept of hostels in RVCE. RVCE provide the best possible comfort needed for students. The number of students accommodated in a room depends on the semester. As the concentration and privacy required is more as a student progress from first year to final year, accordingly the accommodation is provided.
There is only one common mess for all the boarders and is provided in Cauvery block with vegetarian food. The boarders are provided sports, gymnasium and Wi-Fi facilitie

Medical/Hospital
The campus includes a health care centre that functions from 9 am to 7 pm every day. It also facilitates ambulance service in case of emergencies.
Library
The college library has a collection of 23 technical magazines, 233 technical journals, and 15 daily newspapers in English and Kannada language.
Sports
The institute provides facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. It has a cricket field, football ground, hockey ground, badminton court, volleyball and basketball court. RVCE Bangalore and gym facility for students.
I.T Infrastructure
The College has 73 Computer Labs, 2633 Computers, 1 Browsing Centre, Servers, Data Centre, Internet Bandwidth of 600 Mbps with Wi-Fi connectivity.
Information Technology (I.T) related issues in the campus are logged through an internal portal. Calls are assigned to the technicians and after completion, the status is updated. The activity is being managed internally.
An in-house I.T Maintenance team comprising of experienced Networking professionals handles the I.T Infrastructure – Computer Labs, Computers, Browsing Centre, Servers, Data Centre, Internet, Firewall, etc of College/Departments on a daily basis. At the Departmental level, Computer labs are also maintained by the I.T Coordinators of the respective departments who handle any minor software or hardware issues.
Cafeteria
The food court of the college is very spacious and can accommodate almost a thousand students at once. It offers fresh and delicious food cooked in a hygienic environment.
Transport Facility
The campus being 12Kms from the heart of the city and more then 20Km from suburban areas of the city, the college provides transportation facility for both students and staff.There are sufficient buses which take care of commutation of about one thousand students. There are two exclusive buses for the staff.
The city metropolitan transport service also runs city buses from important areas of city to the college. Some of the BMTC route numbers are 220, 221, 222, 224, 227 etc.
Wifi
The campus of the RV College of Engineering Bangalore has the facility of wi-fi that all the students and staff members can use. The speed of the campus wi-fi is 600 MBPS and is available from 9 am to 12 pm.
Banks/ATMs
The is a branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank and an Atm to provide banking facilities to the residents of the college campus. The bank provides the EC facility that helps the students pay their fees and hostel bills.

College Infrastructure

College utilizes the space very efficiently but in all over college construction is going on result in less space for exploring. Classes are good enough and have nice environment, labs are efficient but wifi is little less speed but work is going on to improve it, hostels infrastructure is good but food is not upto the mark but overall the infrastructure is well maintained and hygienic.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure lacks the modern day equipments.While some new departments are good as they are constructed recently, other departments' classrooms are old and even the computers are very old and slow.The Wi-Fi network is designed in such a way that we have to login with the given student credentials and it keeps on refreshing for every 20 minutes. It also gives a very restricted access. Cleanliness is good in the campus and the food in the hostel is decent good hygiene is maintained.

It is a very diversifying experience and great exposure

College Infrastructure

Yes our college do have all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipments. The faculties are good along with well equipped labs. Classrooms are spacious and every class has smart boards with decemt wifi. The hostels along with the mess is clean and hygenic.

What is the fee of admission through management quota in rv college of engineering banglore

Direct admission in RV College of Engineering through management quota will be based on 12th marks which must be more than 45% in PCM ( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).

Fees per annum will be same two lakhs for direct admission in any branch of engineering in RVCE, the hostel will be same eighty thousand per year.

The only extra amount you need to pay is the donation amount for direct admission in RVCE, Bangalore.

The donation amount is fixed every year by college administration and seat bookings for direct admission begins as soon as the results for class 12th is declared (i.e from the month of April).

The fees for management quota is around 10-12 lacs.
It excludes the fees for tution and hostel.
