National institute of fashion technology offers you a 6 month part time certificate as a certificate in fashion styling, for that there is no entrance exam you will have to apply online and the complete admission procedure will be done on the basis of your score in 10 + 2 and performance in personal interview for more detail you can go with the below link where you will have complete detail about NIFT admission.

Programs offered by the NIFT is as follows
- Bachelor of design (B.Des)
- Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech)
- Master of Design (M.Des)
- Master of Fashion Management(MFM)
- Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech)
Important dates:
- Registration starts on 23th oct 2019
- Last date to apply online on 31th dec 2019
- Last date with late fee in on 04th jan 2020
- Application editing is from 1st jan to 4th jan 2020
- Admit card availability is on 10th jan 2020
-Entrance test on 19th jan 2020
- Results will released on the of feb / mar of 2020

Students who complete their diploma after class X can take admission in the undergraduate programmes at NIFT and join as regular students in the second year and there is no different criteria for that.
Eligibility For B.Des. Course :
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized central/state board or Candidates who have passed 3 years diploma recognized by AICTE or state board are also eligible.
Candidates who are appearing for 10+2 exam are also eligible.
Eligiblity for B.F.Tech :
Candidates who have cleared 10+2 examination from any recognized central/state board with physics, chemistry and mathematics can apply.
Candidates who have passed 3 years diploma recognized by AICTE or state board are eligible.
Candidates who are appearing for 10+2 exam are also eligible.

yes, there are few subjects you may apply in jnu. but you need to have bachelors degree in any discipline with academic qualification in 10+2+3 pattern with 50% marks in graduation degree.

NIFT provide a limited number of scholarship to financially deserving candidates. You can get Further information only after taking admission. Financial assistance is provided on basis of income certificate provided.
Candidates interested in appearing for NIFT 2020, should be below 23 years as on October 1st, 2019. If you were born on October 16th, 1996, you are only 22 years and 11 months, Just a few days short of being 23. And this is for General Category students. Candidates belonging to SC,ST,PWD get 5 years relaxation. Eitherways, you fulfil the age criteria and so you can appear for NIFT 2020.

From 201920 onwards EWS(economically weaker section) is applicable in NIFT.
10% reservation will be granted to General Category students whose family annual income is lesser than 8 lakhs per annum.

No, You cannot do Certificate in creative fashion styling. You should pass either 10+2 from recognized board or 10+2 pass in diploma or have passed 10+2 with some work experience of about 2 years. You will be called for personal interview . Deepending upon the marks obtained in 10+2 diploma or 10+2 work experience and on your personal interview you will be selected.

The college infrastructure is great. The library is really good and has air conditioning. the college doesnt have sports centre or hostel. the canteen served food is fine. but there is not much cleanliness in the canteen. overall the college is fine except some issues.
