I am enrolled in computer science branch. The curriculum provided in our college is planned well and the curriculum will contain of modern techniques and development by which we can solve a problems which will be in real world.
We have a dedicated placement cell but it works for its own benefit and places their club students. Training and workshops are conducted for the preparation of placements drives and interviews. Due to recession the placement ratio is very lessened.
Location is very comfortable for this college. Our college ensures that students have access to a range of exceptional amenities, including advanced laboratories, a resourceful library, a state-of-the-art Sports Centre, and comfortable hostels for both girls and boys.
I am studying information technology. The faculty members are professional. With more than five years of experience in education, they impart knowledge to us through both theoretical and practical methods.
The quality is nice only not more not less. And very big and reputed companies come for placements and they are also well behaved and treat us really calmly at the time of interview. College is not supportive according to seniors.
We have a very good college infrastructure with the classes taken in different department buildings as per requirements. There is smart library and library management of online books and Wi-Fi for students and smartboards too.
I am studying electronics and instrumentation. The quality of teaching is good but teachers can be a bit absent some days. It becomes a little rushed at the end of the semester. The quality of education is also good but does not make us job ready.
Placement quality is good but due to recession has deteriorated. Big companies comes to give placements . Thousands of student get placement in best companies . International companies also come but less in number.
The college Infrastructure is quite amazing and beautiful. The college building is big and nice. The college has neat and clean campus. The spaces are hygienic and clean also all the elements of labs are latest.
This college promises quality education. The curriculum is updated as they include the subjects for the industry requirment in the semester. The course is set in a way that it benefits the student, making us job ready.
Placement of this college is average coz it's a private college so no one cares about each and every student. On the other hand some students who studied here come to visit as a alumni and they are good placed.
The campus of my college is marvelous and new infrastructure is being build which seems quite large and spacious. The college maintains hygiene and cleanliness. The college have sport complexes for students to play.
I am a second year student pursuing information and technology engineering. The quality of teaching is good. They have a great support with students. The curriculum is updated and includes maximum development in the field.
Placements are good. Our college have tie-ups with foreign companies too that directly place students in countries like Japan. The college is supportive of students and helps them throughout the placement season.
The college have good infrastructure with a well stocked library. The facilities in the classroom are good but I think it can be improved. Some of the chairs are broken.Living spaces are neat and clean except washrooms.
The academics of this college is decent in terms of providing enhancement of knowledge. The course is well structured with up-to-date syllabus and teachers are also well qualified. But the exam pattern should be improved.
The placement of our college is fair enough. Almost 70% students has been placed before they are graduate. The placement process is easy and pleasant. The tnp department is helpful throughout the process.
The location is like you ask for something and you will get it. Yes,our college have all the necessary facilities like, smart rooms and separate playgrounds for different sports and infrastructure is awesome.
I studied industrial production. The quality is good but can be better too but in case of support, I got appropriate support in my academics from the facilities. The curriculum getting updated is a bit random.
Placements are not good and our branch being the lower one gets lesser placements to no placements. Companies keep visiting and tests keep happening. They give subject tests and coding tests every week to be prepared for placements but still our branch suffers.
The infrastructure is good. Laboratories are big and advanced and fully equipped but sometimes equipments don't work. Library is also big .Living space is clean. Washroom are not clean and hygienic. Food and water are of good quality.
I studied electrical engineering. Teachers are friendly and helpful. The academics are best as it cover the all knowledge of course. Academics does not make the students ready for jobs and placement drives.
It was good initially but now it is not. The students placement ratio is falling down per year due to recession period. The college is not supportive and the registration process is also very rigorous.
The location of our college is great. The classrooms are equipped with the latest technology, providing a conducive learning environment for students. The library is well-stocked with a vast collection of books, journals, and there is a digital library too.
I am studying computer science. Attendance is very important you have to maintain 75 percent. They are dedicated to imparting knowledge and actively engage with students in the learning process. Extra is needed to be studied for jobs.
The quality has been lessened but still I managed to grab an internship which gave a pre placement offer too but this year very less companies are coming for placements and giving less packages to the students.
The college provides all the facilities required for the academic growth of the student. But food served in mess is average. One thing that does not work properly is Wi-Fi.The sports complex is in a bad shape.
Professors do have knowledge but are not able to convey properly. Way of teaching should also be improved focusing more on practical way rather than theory way.On the other hand college helps the students to get exposure for cultural events and activities.
The quality of the placement of the college has been average. There is more importance given to attendence and theory study than practical and training. Placement in engineering department is only good.
Based on your JEE Main 2025 rank of 3,41,581 in the OBC category under the home state quota, securing admission to (SGSITS), Indore, may be challenging.
Your rank of 3,41,581 is significantly higher than the closing ranks for most branches in the OBC category in previous years.
With a 79.7 percentile and GEN-EWS category, you can likely gain admission to lower-demand branches at SGSITS Indore, assuming you have a Madhya Pradesh domicile. Highly sought-after branches like Computer Science and IT may be difficult to secure with this percentile. Lower-demand branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering may be more accessible due to the home state quota and EWS reservation.
Percentile to Rank:
A 79.7 percentile in JEE Main typically translates to a Common Rank List (CRL) rank between 160,000 and 250,000.
SGSITS Indore Cutoff Trends:
Based on previous years' data, the closing ranks for EWS candidates at SGSITS Indore vary depending on the branch.
EWS and Home State Quota:
EWS and home state quotas can significantly improve your chances of securing a seat, especially in branches with lower demand.
Branch Preferences:
You should prioritize branches with potentially lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Competitive Branches:
Highly competitive branches like Computer Science and IT will likely require a higher percentile and/or rank.
Counselling and Seat Allotment:
The final seat allotment will depend on your rank, category, branch preference, and available seats.
With a JEE Main rank of 5,28,143 in the ST category (home state), it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering at SGSITS Indore. You may be considered for lower-demand branches, depending on their cutoff trends. However, it is advisable to check the official counseling details for accurate and updated information.
