Candidates are admitted based on their performance in their HSC (+2) examination/ qualifying examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu state Government and through counseling (TNEA) conducted by Anna university, Chennai. Candidates intending to avail Management Quota seats may come in person to the college campus (as per the Government norms).

A pass in any one of the HSC(Vocational Subject: both +1 and +2)as given below with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with minimum average percentage put together as given below
