Whether You will be eligible to get a seat in iisc depends upon your jee mains score and cut off iisc jee in 2025.
For general category , the candidate must get around 350 rank in jee mains
Around 17000 rank for ews and obc category
Around 20000 for obc and ews ( female )
Now a days there has been introduced a New method , iiser aptitude test
The eligibility criteria for getting a seat in iisc , the candidate must obtain minimum 60% marks in class xii.
In physics, chemistry and mathematics.
10 % seats are reserved for women.
It is quite difficult to get admission in civil engineering IIT through this gate score as the cutoff is going high every year. If you have scored this marks in your first attempt, assuming you don't have any financial constraints, it's worth give another try next year. In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC (NCL) category candidates and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.

Admissions to any colleges or universities are generally given based on your rank. Based on your overall percentile your rank could be between 95241 - 107065 approximately. It would be difficult for you to get into NIT's and IIT's for computer science engineering program.
However you could try second attempt in JEE and try to score better if you wish to get admission in good IITs and NIT's in cse course.
