Your query isn't clear, are you enquiring about appearing for UPSC, and having medical science as optional subject after BSc Physiology, if so then the syllabus of medical science is really vast, and it's equivalent to graduation level, so think about the entire duration of medical science course at ug level, it will be tough for you, only doctors choose medical science as optional subject in upsc as they are well acquainted with the syllabus, nevertheless you can go through the syllabus at UPSC website, and judge it yourself, I think you should choose subjects which you find interesting enough, there is readily availability of study materials, so keep this in mind, if you meant something else by your query please elaborate on the same by writing down in the comment box below so it can be addressed in more proper manner.

No, You are not eligible for Neet examination being a pcm student if you don't have biology/ biotechnology
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet , it is mandatory to have biology/ biotechnology in 12th

Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET :-
-----------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.
-----------) Percentage required :- You must get
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st in the year of appearing for the examination
Upper age limit :-There's no upper age limit for NEET. Earlier there was upper age limit of 25 years which was pending in supreme court, on 9th march 2022 NMC in its notice has removed upper age limit. If yes, then you can pass biology as an additional subject from NIOS or any recognised board and then you would become eligible as Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement but yes meanwhile if judgement comes then eligibility of biology additional students will depend upon the outcome of judgement.
