I HAVE ANY CHANCES TO GET KEMPEGOWDA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE AS MY NEET 2020 SCORE IS 457 ( general category state domicile uttar pradesh )
In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 78092 secured a score of 457 and got a seat in KIMS under Management Quota. Now with a score of 457, your chances are slim because the cut offs have increased considerably this year. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. i hv score 500 marks in some of the site cutoff cutoff of koppal institute of medical science is given 409 in 2019 n in some it is given 11198 air... i am confused.. can i able to take admission here under all india quota.. and any suggestions for medical college plz
Hello Aspirant,
See the cut-off for which you are talking is of last year i.e. 2019 and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on. Now as you have scored 500 marks and last year the cut-off for the institute was 409 for AIQ counselling so cut-off will change this year but not with much greater variation and cut-offs are also expected to increase this year so the cut-off might get increased to around 450 or 460 marks so then also you will have good chances to secure the seat in KIMS.

Gud evening Please suggest me with Himachal as state quota can we apply in MS ramaiah medical college Bangalore and Vyadhi institute of medical science and research in Bangalore ? In which quota we are eligible and how do we go abt it. thks
Hey aspirant,
Since you are looking to obtain admission for MBBS at MS Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore or Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore; and as you have mentioned that you belong to state of Himachal Pradesh, so for admissions you will have to apply for management quota seats at these colleges. As these are private medical colleges, they offer management seats for admission to MBBS and any student from the country who has qualified NEET can get admission.
Hope it helps. All the best!
how is selection to mahatma Gandhi institute of medical science
Hi
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences,Sevagram admission for UG courses is based on the NEET conducted by NTA.First we should fulfill the eligibility criteria of NEET by having a NEET percentile. Then we have to register for Maharashtra MBBS Counselling. After that according to percentile a merit list will be prepared. That shortlisted meritorious students are eligible to participate in counselling process(Choice filling, locking etc). Those who wish to take admission in MGIMS Sevagram have to fill that choice. After seat allotment, then we have to fill the application form, then document verification and fee payment.Final selection will be based on NEETmarks, document verification, fee payment.
Hoping this helped you.
