Auro University, Surat has an active and well-established training and placement cell that helps and guides students through the complete process of placement. The aim of the Auro University placement cell is to get as many students as possible placed in some of the most prestigious companies. The Auro University, Surat placement cell holds regular workshops and seminars to develop the communication skills and overall personality of the students. The placement cell also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on aptitude, quantitative ability, logical and reasoning to make students practise and enhance their skills and confidence before appearing for the written test and final interview.

Auro University, Surat starts its placement process by sending out invitations to companies who would like to visit the campus for recruitment of students. The invitations are sent along with annexures to the companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure.
The recruiters are then invited on particular dates to the campus of the university based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Students who wish to appear before the recruiters need to fill the registration form along with all the necessary documents.
Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria will move ahead in the recruitment process.
Recruiters will then confirm their dates with the institute to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process including various steps like written test, group discussions and interviews.
The recruiting companies might then organise a pre-placement talk for the students of Auro University, Surat to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
The students will then have to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including quantitative aptitude, logical and reasoning ability, English competency, and others to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
Students who qualify the written test will have to go through a group discussion round that will help the recruiters to assess the communication skills and thinking ability of the students. Following the GD are the interview rounds including technical interviews and HR interviews conducted by the companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.
Students who are able to qualify and clear all the rounds of the interview are then offered the job and the salary package on the basis of their skills and performance.
