Students have to go through multiple steps before they are finally shortlisted by a company for placement. The detailed process of placement is given below:

• Auro University, Surat starts its placement process by sending out invitations to companies who would like to visit the campus for recruitment of students. The invitations are sent along with annexures to the companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. 

• The recruiters are then invited on particular dates to the campus of the university based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Students who wish to appear before the recruiters need to fill the registration form along with all the necessary documents. 

• Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria will move ahead in the recruitment process.

• Recruiters will then confirm their dates with the institute to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process including various steps like written test, group discussions and interviews.
