Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai was established in the year 1987. IGIDR is recognised as a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act. IGIDR Mumbai Admissions

IGIDR offers admission to PG and doctoral level programmes. Admission to M.Sc Economics and Ph.D Development Studies programme is offered on the basis of the performance of candidates in an online test followed by an online interview conducted by IGIDR Mumbai. Later, candidates should get all their requisite documents verified and pay the IGIDR Mumbai admission fees.

Hello Kritika,

To prepare well for your entrance examination for masters in economics from IIT/IGIDR/ISI and DSE, you must go through all the previous years question papers and brush up all your concepts thoroughly.

You should study the whole syllabus and study on regular basis as this is one of the most toughest exams to crack.

Keep practicing mock test papers and work hard to achieve your goals.

Is there any reservation criteria during admission process of IGIDR ? FEES structure category wise?

Hello!

IGIDR- Indira Gandhi institute of development research offers only MSC economics course for post graduation. It is a 2 years course.

There are no reservations for admission into msc eco for any category. The fees for the program is 16,000 INR per semester for 2 years program & all the students are required to stay in hostel. The hostel fees is 200 INR per month with water and electricity charges as per actual.

Although the need based scholarships are given to students as per the college norms.
